Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at an elevation of just under 9,000 ft, this 4 BR/3BA retreat was designed to maximize the views of the mountains.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, a game room, a hot tub, and a sauna, nestled in the mountains, this house truly is an adventure retreat - a perfect blend of fun and relaxation.

This house offers easy access to world-class hiking, fishing, ATV/UTV trails, state parks, casinos, the Wolf Sanctuary, the North Pole, Ice Castle, & more.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living areas.

The main entrance, located off the driveway, is on the lower level.

-long dirt/gravel driveway with space for multiple vehicles


We provide towels, linens, blankets, cookware, dishes, spices, a handful of Keurig coffee pods, dishwasher/dish soap, shower soap/shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a handful of laundry pods

We have 2 Smart TVs on which you can login to any of your favorite streaming platforms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FIRES: Absolutely NO fires. Forest fires are a very serious and real threat in the dry Colorado climate. Making a fire in the fire pit or anywhere else will result in being asked to leave without a refund. It may also result in a huge fine during a fire ban.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside the house, on the deck, or near the sauna/hot tub areas. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property when fire danger is high. Please smoke in your car or leave the neighborhood to do so if there is a fire ban or fire danger is high.

WINTER CONDITIONS: All Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is strongly recommended Nov through April if it has snowed. The driveway and roads leading to the house can be difficult to navigate in the snow/mud without proper preparedness. The last half mile to the house is an unpaved road.


ELEVATION: The house is situated at an elevation of just under 9,000 feet. Some people experience symptoms from the altitude (headache, sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, etc.). If you are coming from a lower elevation, we HIGHLY recommend giving yourself at least a day to acclimate in the Denver/Colorado Springs area. Staying super hydrated, having electrolytes, and avoiding alcohol can help prevent these symptoms.

NEIGHBORS: While the neighborhood is spread out, we do have full-time resident neighbors who live nearby. Please be considerate and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7AM.

Please do not order Amazon packages to the house, as Amazon delivery is unreliable in our area. Walmart is more reliable if there is something you must have delivered, but the arrival of packages is sometimes delayed.
