Communication with the property manager was excellentâvery responsive and accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations or match the listing. The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed and is not comfortable enough to sleep on, so the home cannot truly accommodate 8 guests as advertised. We had to purchase an 80 air mattress at the last minute.Cleanliness was poor. We found used soaps with hair, heavily used toiletries, and menâs underwear inside the bedsheets, raising concerns about whether the linens had been changed. Additionally, the king bed collapsed when my children laid down, showing prior repairs, and they were forced to sleep on the floor.Due to these issues, we moved to a hotel one night early, and the house was left almost completely intact. There was also old coffee residue in the coffee maker and no curtains in the living room, resulting in zero privacy. Although the property manager apologized and partially refunded the stay, the home did not meet basic cleanliness, safety, or rental standards, and the cleaning fee was not refunded.
