Amazing vacation! Beautifully decorated condo. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked. There's an elevator! Whoop! And this was the top floor - so quiet! We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the resort pool during sunset. The kids loved the pool. This was a very short walk to the beach - 5 minutes. And there is a tram that can take you if you have a lot to carry or you have kids and grandparents in tow. Our family will pick this exact place every time!

The unit was nicely decorated. Loved the under counter ice machine. Kitchen very well stocked with pots/pans and etc. Loved the large balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Had a shuttle stop right at the corner, very convenient. The checkin instructions were a little lacking. Needed to checkin down at the lagoon pool office to get property wrist bands and parking pass. Perhaps the management company can provide more instruction regarding checkin. But all in all was wonderful. The elevator was not an issue and had certification thru the summer of 2026. It worked fine.

Overall the property was nice as was the decor of the condo. A few areas of feedback…the cleanliness of the condo upon check-in reflected dusty surfaces and the patio/deck furniture was dirty. Additionally, the elevator was not smooth and had an inspection sticker dated 08/2023 stating it was delinquent, which was concerning. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a hot tub on property and/or a heated pool.

Location cant be beat!
The location is by far the best part about this penthouse. The pool is steps away and a mere few blocks from the beach, it was perfect for our group with young children. The space was beautiful and clean (minus the floors but its a beach house, so we expected that). We ran into some issues during our stay - the microwave malfunctioned (could have started on fire), the washing machine wasn't working properly, one of the tubs didn't plug and the elevator, as previous reviews mentioned, was delinquent for inspection and we did have issues with it not working. We reported and received timely responses and attempts to remedy the issues. If these issues were resolved, this place is easily 5/5. Would still recommend especially for families.

Check in process was not communicated clearly. Property was outdated. Location was good as it is close to pool and short walk to beach. Elevator does not work properly. One of our guests got stuck in for over 15min. Tried to call rental company numerous times with no answer and when reporting elevator problem, was told they would email the HOA. This entire community has access to a small section of beach which gets extremely crammed. Community pool in nice however not enough room for the amount of people in the community. If you don’t get to the beach or the pool by 8am, you won’t get a spot. I would not rent this unit again and definitely will no rent from the rental company.
