Our home features a private pool that is not fenced. For safety reasons, we do not accept children under 12 years old. All guests must exercise caution around the pool, dock, and waterfront areas.

• No unsupervised children in or around the pool

• Children 12+ and non-swimmers must always be supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool, dock, or canal areas

• Do not swim or jump into the canal

• Minors may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult

• Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the pool and waterfront areas

• BBQ Reminder: Please turn off the propane after each use

• Fire extinguishers are located nearby for your safety

• Door Alarm System (Pool Safety)

For added safety around the pool area, we have installed 4 TECKNET door alarms on all sliding doors that face the pool.

• When a sliding door is opened more than 0.78 inches, the alarm will sound and the LED light will turn on

• This provides an extra layer of protection by alerting you if a door is opened unexpectedly

The house had everything we needed for our week vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything is high-quality, including the pillows and the furniture. And everything seemed freshly painted and very clean. I needed some help, figuring out the remote controls for the various lights and fans in the house, Daniela the host was very responsive, she came over and resolved that issue for me the same day. The house is a great layout, backyard was perfect for getting some sunshine, enjoying the pool, and watching the sunset. Would love to rent the house for an entire month or two next year if possible!

Great New Rental in PGI!

The house was newly renovated, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved the pool and pool area. There was lots of sun by the pool and they had 2 great retractable awnings for those who prefer sitting in the shade. The manager was friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Punta Gorda! The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had so many thoughtful details that made our stay extra special…things like neatly folded towels and the necessities needed to get us through our stay. The House Management was excellent and checked in to make sure everything was ok and that we had all we needed. The canal was incredible, offering peaceful views and the opportunity to fish of the dock. The pool was another highlight warm, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location!

Wonderful home on the canal

My young adult and teenage kids and I enjoyed our time at this home so much. It was clean and well appointed - including towels for the pool! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating - from the cozy sectional in the living room (plus reclining chair) to the dining table to the AMAZING outdoor seating. The canal was so quiet - and we loved relaxing outdoors in the pool, fishing off the dock (my son caught a fish too), and catching some sun on the plentiful seating on the patio. We would love to come back and stay at this house next year. Thank you!

Modernized canal paradise!

We had the best time here with our family. Extended our stay from three streets away! This place showed up and I believe we were the first vrbo’ers, very clean with all necessities in every room, easily cast to the smart tvs, pool was very nice, warm and inviting with a canal view as an added bonus. Awnings provided awesome shade for relaxing after swimming. Daniela was very responsive even with my idiocy around the tub drain ;), went out of her way to pick up…what wasn’t needed! :(, gracious and available host!!!! We will definitely be looking to hook up here again next summer!!
