This house was amazing! The views are gorgeous, and the setup with two masters, two bunk rooms, and two bedrooms was perfect for sharing with my brother's family. The kitchen actually had room for all of us to eat plus all the food we brought lol. The games downstairs were so much fun, and we loved getting to use the pools and pickleball courts at the community property. It was a 10 minute drive to the community private beach, which was a ton of fun. Ben got back to me in minutes each time I had a question, and we felt very well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

Bear Lake Cabin

Ths property is amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of 15. The game room was a hit with our teens. The view of Bear Lake and the mountains is spectacular and the amenities of the Reserve are convenient and well maintained. If you want a wonderful place to stay on Bear Lake, this is the place.

We loved being here. It is a beautiful property. We loved the copper sinks. It reminded us of home. We have copper sinks. Lots of space and well kept. We will cherish the time spent here with our family.

Heaven on earth

This was probably one of our most cherished family getaways. The views alone and the way that the property is set on the mountain side was breathtaking. The driveway allowed for us to pull out boat in and easily turn it in the lower circular driveway area so that we didn’t need to back it up.There is ample usable space for a large family. The kitchen and dining area have enough seating with the barstools for everybody in our group. The bedrooms were thoughtfully put together. We have mostly adult children and they all love staying up and playing games in the game room while the parents were able to go to bed without being disturbed. Everybody loves the use of the steam room, especially after long days on the lake boating. None of us have ever participated in raspberry days and the location of the house was nice so that we could drive in and participate in the activities, but also be far enough away that when we came home, we didn’t have crowds to contend with. The extra fridge in the master bedroom was a lifesaver. You do have to transport the garbage down to the clubhouse, but I am one that likes to keep things very clean so that didn’t bother me at all. The communication with the homeowners was seamless and they were very responsive. We appreciated using their property and will be back for sure!

We had a family reunion and flew into this amazing cabin style house. The views are spectacular with lake and mountain views. Inside and outside amenities are great. This the best host we have ever experienced and went all out to make sure all our needs were fulfilled. We will definitely be back.

The host was amazing and very helpful. The cabin is lovely and the location was amazing! The property is so usable. There are great gathering spaces while providing privacy in bedrooms. The location and views of Bear Lake are breathtaking and feel very private. It is great to have the private beach access. It is wonderful to be out of the crowds in Garden City and yet close enough to drive in to get a delicious raspberry shake. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. The property is comfortable and very well equipped. The check-in was easy--he let us come a little early because the cleaners were done. This was very helpful for our group. We had lots of kids and they were entertained with the game room and tv room, Lots of space inside and outside. Will go again.
