Thank you for working with us on the room not being cleaned and prepared for us upon our 4:00 check in, and getting a person to come in and make beds, do baths and floors. Charlotte was awesome! This hospitality and you all working with us due to the electrical conditions of the entire building made the remainder of our stay lovely. Highly recommend this condo and would stay again. We had a wonderful time at this resort. The place is perfect! Very roomy, loved the overall decor. Even though it was not on the beach, our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The only thing I would say is it needs more than 2 coffee mugs in the kitchen, the master bedroom needs more darker/shade for the sliding door. They only had sheer curtains and it’s still bright outside at night with all the night life stuff. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice with a great view but it needed a deep clean. It looked like it had never been dusted and it smelled like dog pee for some reason even though it isn’t listed as pet friendly. The sink in the kitchen wouldn’t drain and there were literally 4 bath towels for a 3 bedroom condo. The pool area was great and check in was super easy.

We’re reinforcing our cleaning checklist, resolving the sink problem, and adjusting the linen stock so the space feels fresh and better supplied for a 3-bedroom stay.

Unit was nice with a great view of the ocean and Pier Park. Great location! The icemaker was dirty with black particles dispenseed in the ice. We had to clean the icemaker. Ended up buying ice because we did not feel comfortable uses the ice. We were provided with limited supplies:1 extra roll of toilet paper for 6 people, 1/2 roll of paper towels, 2 extra towels, 1 pod for the dishwasher. The bed linen was poor quality and sheets wpuld not stay in place. The bunk beds could only hold 1 person due to poor construction and lack of durability. The dining room light was too big and hung too low, thus posing a safety hazard. At least 2 persons bumped their heads on the light fixture and was almost poked in the eye. Overall, I could stay at the resort again, as well as the unit if improvements are made.

The view from the balcony was great! Condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. Communication with the host was very good, quick replies. The check-in instructions are not released until 30 minutes before the check-in time. This is not an issue, however it would have been helpful to know that in advance as opposed to being told they will be released closer to check-in time. The week was great, we enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach! Thank you!
