The cozy Living Area provides extra sleeping arrangements with New Furniture including a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a large Smart TV, and balcony access for gazing over the Little Lagoon and watching the others play tennis, pickle ball, swim in the fantastic pool & hot tub, catching fish off the pier, or launching their watercraft. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need to whip up a great meal, or order in and enjoy the vacay from everything!! Need more sleeping arrangements? We have 2 more homes in this complex. Place the in-laws with the kids in 316A with a 1 bedroom and hall bunks. Then put the rest of the family in 502C that boasts another 2 bedroom / 2 bath. We can accommodate you all!!

Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club offers the best of both worlds with a deeded, private access to a beautiful beach on one side and the Little Lagoon with a pier, rentable boat slip, and a boat launch on the other. Trailer Parking is permitted! Surf and sun on the Beach Side, then fishing and boating on the Lagoon Side (also Kayak accessible). More great amenities include a beautiful Swimming Pool with a Relaxing Hot Tub, 2 lighted and newly resurfaced Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, 2 Grilling Areas with 3 Charcoal Grills each, a Fish Cleaning Station, and Spectacular Views from every angle!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Parking Passes are required and purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Passes are $30 each and are valid for your entire stay, limit 2 per unit. Boat Trailer Parking is $30 and allows you to use the Boat Launch as well.
