Guests of all ages are guaranteed to find the perfect bedroom in this spacious home. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, all are wheelchair accessible. The other bedrooms are on the second floor, alongside a large loft.

The first main-level bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen SMART TV, and direct access to the pool. The second main-level bedroom features a queen bed, a designated workstation, and a flat-screen SMART TV.

The second story features a large loft with a SMART TV. There are FULLY THEMED Bedrooms, all featuring SMART TV'S and many unique additional amenities!

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: To the right as you enter, this room features a king-sized bed with a white duvet and woven headboard, tropical leaf–patterned walls, and a full bathroom just next door.

Bedroom 2: Toward the back of the home, this bright, tropical-inspired master bedroom features a king-size bed, elegant dark wood furnishings, and a relaxing palm-leaf accent wall. The ensuite bathroom provides direct access to the pool area


Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: A dramatic rope-suspended queen bed takes center stage in this jungle-themed retreat, complete with dark wood furnishings and a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Stranger Things themed with two twin beds, and its own full bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Cars themed with a bunk bed, and there’s a separate full bathroom just outside the room.
Bedroom 6: This spacious John Deere–themed bedroom was originally designed as two separate bedrooms, but they’ve been thoughtfully combined to create one large, immersive farm-themed space. It features two double beds, playful décor inspired by the iconic John Deere brand, and plenty of room for families or groups. This bedroom shares a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Mario themed room.
Bedroom 7: A Mario Bros.–themed room with two queen beds that connects to the same Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with John Deere–themed room.

All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

Step outside onto the private patio. The screened-in patio is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the parks. This luxurious area features a private pool and spa with a safety net for the kiddos and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy. Pool heat set at 80 degrees (May–Sept) and 83 degrees (Oct – April) is included in your reservation, higher temperature can be provided for an additional cost.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole home, private pool and spa. Windsor Cay Resort facilities are also available to all of our guests.

Free parking is available onsite for 2- 3 vehicles on the driveway. No trailers are allowed on the premises.

For guests traveling with little ones, we offer 1 Pack ’n Play, 1 high chair, and 1 tension stair gate at no additional cost. ***All items must be requested at least 14 days prior to your arrival.

Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep-Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM).

During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

GRILL: Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you! Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
