This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and it never disappoints. We were in town for baseball and soccer tournaments and the the house was centrally located between both fields. The house is extremely clean and well kept, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook there or order in. There were great restaurants nearby, neighborhood was safe for kids to go on a walk.You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

This was a great location to gather for a family holiday event in Urbandale. It is a clean, spacious home with a bedroom and living area layout that made everyone very comfortable. Sonya was responsive to our questions and very helpful.

The house was beautiful, very clean. The layout was good, room for all our group. Nice location - close to shopping and restaurants. It snowed while we were there so we had to shovel a couple of times (we brought our own, just in case) when we went out during the day. A company did clear the snow overnight.

This is a beautiful home to stay in! There was plenty of room for everyone with all of the amenities. It was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking at the property.

Great location, close to amenities. Communication with owner was great - she made sure to send all the needed information before our stay so we could just get to the house and relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we're in the Des Moines area.

We stayed here for a bridal shower weekend and were impressed by how comfortable and clean it was. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck to relax after we got back from the shower. Would highly recommend!
