Downstairs you’ll find a large family room/bedroom area with arcade machines, a pinball machine, gaming system, oversized connect 4, record player, 2 sets of bunk beds and a futon couch. Several fun wall murals and selfie ops throughout the home.

Living & Dining Area
The open-concept living room is the heart of the home, featuring a comfy sectional sofa and a smart TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. There is a piano to play board games to enjoy and a cozy reading chair.

The spacious dining area easily seats 8, with the ability to accommodate a couple more. Plus, a highchair is available for little ones. Adjacent to the dining area is a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything else you need to cook up your favorite meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The master suite includes an en suite bathroom for extra privacy, while the two other bedrooms share a full bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a king bed and twin futon sleeper/sofa that is best suited for a child. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom (aka basement game room) is decked out with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a twin futon sleeper/sofa (best suited for a child), a queen sized air mattress and a half bath.

Basement Fun Zone
Head downstairs to the basement and discover the true highlight of the home! With a variety of arcade games, a gaming system, cornhole and giant connect 4 there are hours of entertainment guaranteed! This area is perfect for a late-night game fest or an afternoon of indoor fun for kids or the young at heart.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to the spacious, private backyard, ideal for a summer BBQ or lounging under the stars. The fully fenced backyard is a great place for kids to run around.

The laundry room is located on the main floor, with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking is in the driveway where it can hold up to 5 vehicles.
