The Space:

Salt‑kissed breezes drift onto the screened‑in porch as you step inside, and the soft murmur of waves from the nearby shoreline sets an easy rhythm for your stay. A short walk across the boardwalk brings you to soft white sand, while sunlight fills the open living space, inviting you to linger over coffee in the morning and gather around the fire pit as the sun dips low. The house feels spacious yet intimate, offering room for everyone to spread out and unwind at a relaxed, coastal pace. Evenings unfold with the glow of the fire pit, the scent of grilling, and the gentle hum of distant surf.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four private bedrooms. A master‑in‑law suite features a queen bed for two, Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed for two, Bedroom 2 provides another queen bed for two, and Bedroom 4 contains two twin beds, perfect for two more guests. Each room carries its own theme and sense of privacy, ensuring comfortable rest for the whole group.



Bathrooms & essentials

Two full baths serve the house, stocked with bathroom essentials, fresh linens, and towels. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or post‑beach refreshes, keeping everything convenient and clean.



Kitchen & dining

The open‑plan kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together under air‑conditioned comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for home‑cooked meals, and a dining table invites shared breakfasts before a beach walk or relaxed dinners after a day in the sun. Outdoor dining options let you enjoy meals on the patio, surrounded by the coastal setting.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a patio and backyard designed for laid‑back enjoyment. A fire pit and grill create a natural gathering spot for evenings, while a putting green adds a playful touch for downtime. Comfortable outdoor furniture offers inviting spots to soak in the salty air and watch the tide roll in.



Location & access

A private entrance and smart‑lock self‑check‑in make arrival effortless. The beach lies just across the street, a two‑minute stroll along the boardwalk to the sand. Beach essentials are provided, so you can head straight to the shoreline with towels, chairs, and more at hand.

Your furry companions are welcome to share the coastal experience, making this a perfect getaway for families, friends, and pet‑friendly vacations alike.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
