We have really enjoyed our stay. The host was a phone call away and very supportive. The house was clean and homey. I encourage anyone who need a restful vacation to stay at this location

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was excellent—very responsive whenever we had a question and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the Niagara Falls area. We really appreciated the hospitality and felt comfortable throughout our stay.The only issue was a slight musty/mildewy, “old house” smell in the home. It didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay, but it was noticeable and something the host may want to look into.Overall, we had a great experience.

We had great time on our Niagara trip, and this house was a nice part of that. Fully furnished, as well (if not better) than any property I have stayed at in the past and so conveniently located, minutes from the falls, Clifton Hill and everything else. The host was great too, answering all questions and making sure we were comfortable with our stay. The only (very small) comment I would have is there is only one TV in the house but in this age of phones and pads, that was never an issue, and the TV had full streaming access. So, if you're going to Niagara for a few days, definitely check this place out.

Lovely home, good location, decorated cute, plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. I didn't feel it was walking distance to the falls. My only complaint is the bed in the room with the fireplace was super uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

This is a lovely place located close to all the amenities and attractions. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook a great meal. The decor is quaint and it refected the feel and neighhood. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of comphy pillows and available extra blankets if needed. We were a group of 5 adults, 2 with mobility issues. There was a ramp to access the back doors, but it needs a little TLC. The main floor bathroom was large and equipped with a sturdy shower chair.There were 4 bedrooms, as advertised, but the listing did not mention that the main floor bedrooms were joined, (You had to go through one to get to the other) in most cases this wouldn't be a pro lem, but it would have been good to know prior to arriving. The host was good, communicated with me via text as well as through the app. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this location for a group or family visiting the falls.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory, as we primarily use the home for sleeping and getting ready before going out each day. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that should be addressed. The exterior of the property had not been mowed and did not reflect the appearance shown in the listing photos. Inside, the house had a noticeable musty odor. Additionally, the electrical outlets in both bathrooms were not functioning, which made getting ready an inconvenience. We were provided only a small amount of paper towels and no additional supply for the duration of this day. We also noticed that the left-side handle on the main entry door is broken and should be repaired. While these issues did not significantly impact our trip, addressing them would improve the overall guest experience and better align the property with its listing.

It was a great property. Close to what we needed. The property owner was nice and gave us ideas and things to do and see. Family friendly and very clean, which is so important to me. I would absolutely stay again when I go up.

It was great. Had never been to Niagara and needed a place to land in the evenings where we could be together and relax. Way better to us than a packed motel. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area with a short drive. Worked out kind of perfect. The property is charming and really clean. Would stay again...

The house had a very musty smell as soon as you walked in. Grass clippings was on all the patio area and not cleaned could not use them to enjoy the beautiful weather to just hang out. Even though running the air conditioner the houses bed's sheets felt damp when you got in to sleep in them. The house could use a really good deep cleaning. First glance you think it is very clean. Brand new white socks tell a different story, black from walking on the floors. Lower bathroom toilet rocks when you sit on it and when flushed the sink gurgles. Toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom moves when you sit on it. Dryer doesn't heat properly, needs a good cleaning of lint in the whole system of the venting. Every lamp shade has cobwebs. Curtain in lower bedroom (living room) is filthy yellow, very dirty and shear on the window is ripped in several places. It's so old it is brittle. Only two hand towels per bathroom. Nice kitchen but no dish cloths, we used paper towels only had 1 dish towel. The pictures portrayed on the VRBO website are not accurate with what we seen when we arrived at the property. The wood patio which was the main entrance to use to get into the property the boards were weak in some places. Not an area you want to sit and relax. It does sleep 12 but it would be really tight quarters seeing as how one bedroom you walked through another bedroom to get into it. If you used the sofa/sleeper the people in that bedroom would not be able to exit their room.

Perfect location

If you want to visit Niagara Falls but don’t love the crowds, this is a great spot for you. The location was excellent and made getting to all things Niagara Falls easy. The back deck was perfect for quiet nights and mornings with a lovely breeze even on the hottest of days. The house was spotless and had AC which was a lifesaver as we arrived during a heatwave!

The house was very charming and within easy walking distance to The Falls, Skylon Tower and Tim Horton’s. The host was super helpful and provided lots of information. We loved being able to sit outdoors and hangout with our friends. We were visiting for a wedding and took lots of photos of our group outside because the house was a lovely backdrop. The kitchen was ver well stocked with plates, cookware, coffee and even plenty of spices.

Great Niagara Property

This house was perfect for 5 adults and teenagers. It is close enough to the Falls that you can walk but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Geoffrey was a great host.

This place was exactly as pictured. Lots of space if you need it. Fully stocked with kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood, but we could hear the falls while sitting outside. Definitely felt safe.Location is great, definitely felt safe.Owner was responsive and gave lots of local information.

We had a ladies week in Niagara Falls area on short notice and this VRBO was available. We also needed it to be wheelchair accessible and preferred close to the falls. It was a great fit for our last minute needs. I would recommend a smoother wheelchair entry to the back door but we managed successfully. The wheelchair accessible bathroom was plenty large enough to move around. The only tool I would recommend is a sit down shower chair be available that could be tucked in the nook beside the shower when guest are not in need of it. There was a notebook that gave instruction for check out but it didn't match up with text instructions for check out. There is a guest book to read and sign. I couldn't figure out the "critter" comments written in the book until the last night there. We had a rather large chunky ricky raccoon visit the recycle tub outside the back door. Lol. I had to bring it inside the back door until the next morning. Our host was wonderful and I would recommend this VRBO.

Disappointed as it could be a cute, clean home

Jeff didn’t respond very well. I had to reach out several ways as not knowing if he was getting any if my messages. He finally responded just 2 days before my trip, stating he had a death in the family and would respond better from that point out. That wasn’t true. I left messages and when he called it was at 2 am. He never did advise why at 2am with no message. Also we arrived to the house and we were giving no tutorial of where things were or how to work Things like Tv. Once he left within a few minutes the toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and left a message and text twice he responded like 3-4 hours later. Had it fixed the next morning. The kitchen counters and stove were left dirty as we had to wipe down the dried up food left on the countertops and deep the kitchen floor. Picture of something was left in fridge, other items too- it was dirty also. Big black ants crawled all over kitchen and many in kitchen trash can. there was no air or heat upstairs and no ceiling fans. The bottom floor bed that is a day bed is in the front living room with no privacy curtains and bright light shines straight in and everyone walking and driving by can see straight in. It really wasn’t a bedroom It it is where he calls it a 3 bedroom. Otherwise it was a good place to sleep. Has good potential if Jeff would upgrade a few things: blow dryers for ladies with long hair. Ironing board that isn’t rusty and tear the floors up bc there is no protection on the legs. Had to use towels, curtains for the front room, new sheets that don’t have woollies on them, either stand up fans or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. No screen in one of the top rooms so can’t open windows.
