This cozy unit that sleeps five, has been updated and refreshed with new furnishings that reflect the beachy coastal atmosphere you’d expect of this welcoming community. You’ll have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, lush landscaping, and white sugar-sand private beach from your private screened lanai on the 6th floor. This inviting entryway to the Gulf of Mexico, beckons you to the gleaming sugar-sand beach enticing you to come out and further explore where the waves meet the shore. Unit #604 provides a comfortable, casual retreat with all the accommodating features to make this a relaxing escape. This unit is over 1,200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining area and living area, including a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a screened lanai appointed with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and both a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom allowing 5 people to sleep comfortably. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination. The unit is tastefully appointed and decorated throughout in a casual coastal design, equipped with new AC system as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. You’ll find wide screen smart TV’s in the living and bedrooms, as well as high-speed wi-fi. We also provide beach towels and chairs to enhance your outdoor experience as you venture out to the pool or beach.

Caper Beach Club is located in the desirable mid-island area, within walking distance of the landmark Times Square/Downtown area for access to entertainment, restaurants, and other beach activities, as well as close access to both the library and Bay Oaks Recreational area.

As a premier condominium property on Ft Myers Beach, you can also enjoy a number of on-property amenities which include umbrella-shaded cabanas in our private beach area (during season, available for rental), our large, fenced pool area, surrounded by our expansive pool deck furnished with loungers and umbrella shaded tables. Our community also offers shared gas grills and picnic table areas available across our sprawling lawns for use by all our guests. We also have free parking for a one vehicle, a lighted tennis/pickleball court (in coming months), and a contemporary community lounge connected to our expansive patio area which is available for casual gatherings or can be reserved for private gatherings.
