Our stay was amazing. All the other reviews about the dolphins and manatees were correct. We could see them from the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook a few nights. The pool was great!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The views were absolutely amazing — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The location couldn't have been better, especially being so close to Sanibel Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

8 women 2 condos next door.. quiet perfect getaway … tiki boat picked us up right at our condo.. pool was nice… NO music at pool can’t even have a small device..the karen at the pool informed us.. even with soft music … :( over all nice place … great women running the building.. always pleasant

Cockroaches in hallway and trash chute room. No water pressure in master. Had to go buy my own shower head. Shower head in guest bathroom sprayed all over bathroom. Faucet in kitchen is dangling. The staff were no help at all. Pool boy was rude and disrespectful, there was blood all over elevator floor and lobby walls and push buttons for elevator.

Goodness gracious! Obviously someone had been hurt, and thankfully, the Building Housekeeping is on site every day to take care of all the public areas, including accidents. They are quite thorough, which is why it is unusual to find any cockroaches, even with the trash chute area all being exterior/ outdoors. We apologize again; everyone has a different opinion on the proper water pressure in a shower head.

Great bay view

Our family had a wonderful time visiting the area. Perfect view from the balcony out over the bay and great distance to drive in and out of Sanibel Island. The pool was nice and the grounds were well maintained.

Very comfortable and convenient property for a 7 day stay. Had breakfast and lunch in the condo. Dinners at the Marriott next door…just walked right over. No worries about driving…lol
