We had a wonderful stay at this location. The views and comfort of the condo made our vacation wonderful.It has everything you need to make your trip as easy as possible; full kitchen, laundry, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The lanai has lots of comfortable furniture so you can eat and relax to the sound of ways and views of surfers in the bay Communication with Holly was great and we can only hope we get the possibility of staying again in the future.Thanks again for renting to us!

Nicely updated, great ocean front location. Watch surfers all day right off the rock wall. Rocky area to enter beach but didn’t stop many people from fishing, snorkeling or surfing. Friendly residents in complex. Near many places to eat and shop. Would recommend

Absolutely loved this place. Immaculately clean, kitchen well stocked with supplies and utensils, tons of towels. The view of the surfing beach is awesome. The unit has been meticulously maintained. 10/10. Perfect in every way.

Wonderful condo in a great location! Very clean, only a couple of miles from town, very close to Magic Sands Beach and incredible views right on the beach! Furnishings are updated and light, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Would definitely stay here again!

The rental was beyond our expectations. It felt just like home and was extremely clean, well stocked both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Soap dispensers were provided along with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The rental also had several beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler for personal use, beach mat, and umbrella. Holly, our amazing host, provided so much and more. She was in constant communication with us, ensuring we made it safely to the condo and provided any additional information that was useful to us. From the minute we walked into the condo, you could feel the amazing breezes from being right there on the ocean. The views were amazing and the sound of the crashing waves was a perfect way to end each night. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we return next year. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for your next stay in Kona.

The host was amazing! Great communication. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, updated and great decor. There was plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels as well. The air conditioning worked so good to keep us cool at night. The view is unbelievable! We would love to stay here next year, but it is already booked.

The unit was clean and well kept. There is laundry facilities in the unit and the kitchen had all thr amenities if one wanted to stay in and do their own cooking/baking. A beautiful view of the ocean awaits the guest from the balcony.

Beautiful Views! Great Location!

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and sunset from the lanai! It is conveniently located and close to many great restaurants. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay and the free parking was very convenient. We would highly recommend this place!

Holly was flexible and quick to respond to all of our questions. The view of the ocean and sound of the surf from this unit was spectacular. The unit was really clean, and probably the best stocked rental we have ever had. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals for your stay and there was lots of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent and beach items.

We have stayed in various condos at the Kona Bali Kai yearly (almost) for the past 12 years. This was, by far, the most well stocked condo we have stayed in. We were very impressed, as well, with the condition of the furniture, the renovation, and the condo as a whole. When there was an issue with the lanai fan, Holly was quick to respond to our email and had it replaced promptly. Snorkel and beach equipment was provided and it was all in good condition. All of our interactions with Holly were exceedingly pleasant and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot on the Island

Spent the week here with family. The condo is amazing. It is well stocked and on a beautiful coastline with an amazing snorkeling beaches just down the way. We will be back.

A beautiful condo in the perfect location!

This condo has everything you need plus it's in the perfect location. The condo is not too close to the main tourist area which was exactly what we were looking for, but close enough for a quick drive to find great restaurants. There is a good snorkeling beach and a sandy beach close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

From the moment you walk in you can see the property is cared for. It has all you will ever want or need. It is the perfect place to stay. The view is astonishing gorgeous and to have breakfast by the ocean was a nice treat. What I appreciated the most is that the place looks even better in person than on the pictures. Great condo with a view!

The view from the balcony was perfect! We loved to sit outside and watch the surfers. The location is great - easy to get to all of the places we visited. The unit itself was very clean with ample space, laundry facilities and full kitchen. Holly was always available for quick communications and regularly checked it to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
