Amenities
This charming coastal unit is perfectly situated for beach lovers, offering breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the sandy shores. You'll find an oceanfront pool and two hot tubs available downstairs. A grill is also nearby the pool area if you'd like to do some grilling one evening. The gym is available to our guests as well.

Spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and large windows showcasing stunning ocean views. You won't miss any of the spectacular views here. A large Smart TV is ready for your favorite streaming shows and movies.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Three well-appointed bedrooms featuring cozy beds and ample space for a large families or group of couples. The Condo also features two updated bathrooms, including a master bath with modern fixtures and a walk-in shower.
Area
Located in the heart of Cherry Grove, you'll be near Sea Mountain Highway which hosts some of the most popular restaurants and shops. You'll have popular stops like Snookys Oceanfront, Boulineaus, and Ice Cream / Pizza all within close walking distance.
Parking
Convenient on-site parking is available for added ease during your stay.
Whether youâre here for a family vacation or a relaxing escape, this condo is your perfect home by the sea!
Towing is strictly enforced. Display parking passes on car at all times.
This oceanfront property is located on the 4th floor of the building. Guests will have elevator access, so no need to worry about stairs during your stay.
Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.
We highly recommend exploring our Guest Welcome Guide. We are happy to provide recommendations so you can live like a local!
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.
Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We will have 2 parking passes for our guests upon arrival.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
