‘Spring is in the air.” Get a little piece of heaven in Richfield. Your private quarters overlooks High Rock Lake where you’ll wake up to a beautiful sunrise and settle in at night with a heavenly sunset. Sit out out on the patio with coffee in the morning or enjoy a beer on the house as you watch the sun go down.

This is cleaned after each guest according to CDC guidelines. This home also has a whole house air and water purification system.

You have private entry & renting a full unit. The home is duplex style & this is the bottom unit. Each unit has individual patio/balconies. You will not be sharing a space. Fully private unit.

The back patio, the back yard, the fire pit, and the entire back yard.

I will be available at anytime if my guests need anything.

This is a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. The entire yard is fenced in and separated from one neighbor by a wooded lot and the other neighbor by trees and foliage.

There is virtually traffic which makes for a peaceful walk or jog in the neighborhood.

John is an excellent host! We had a great stay, caught a lot of small fish off the pier, but no big ones - this time! this was our dogs first vacation, and it was the perfect stay for her too... there's a fenced in yard, so she could do her thing, off leashwe'll certainly be back to stay again!

Great getaway

Nice little space with access to a good dock to rest and enjoy the lake. Private and quiet neighborhood. Dog also enjoyed his time here. John was accommodating, friendly, and pleasant to communicate with.

The property owner was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning! The space is reasonable for an overnight stay. It could use some updated furniture as there were not many flat surfaces/counters to place toiletries, nonperishables, technology, etc. The room was in the lower, back level of a split-level home with it's own entrance. The property owner has done a good job trying to make the rental as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed looking at the artwork that I believe the owner might have painted. It's very nice to see touches like that.

This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and thrown in a pile in the yard. Firewood by fire pit uncovered, wet and unusable. The AC in the unit is a very small portable AC that leaked water everywhere. The house AC can be turned on, but you will not have access. We had to buy a fan. The bed is propped up with a book. The refrigerator was filthy and top covered in dead bugs. Cheap charcoal grill, but that didn't matter because the "dishes & utensils" consisted of 2 cups,1 glass, 1 fork and wood coffee stirrers! There's no table in unit or on patio where you could sit and eat. Wanted to grill some burgers-that wasn't going to happen Pictures show a drip coffee maker on a coffee bar- that's gone. There is small Keurig. John offered refund, but held money until I agreed to not leave negative review. This is a honest true review. Unfortunately we had a negative experience. The view is amazing though, such a shame that a little TLC isn't given. The condition of this rental does not match the price that it is being rented for.

tv stand. Nothing from the pictures are the same in unit. Even the pics on vrbo aren't the same with various pieces of changing furniture.
