Nothing Beats the Spring at the Lake!
Take it easy at this unique getaway that rests in a quiet cove on Badin Lake. Enjoy "me" time, read a book on the dock, sit at the fire, fish, hop on your boat. Simply get away. You do You!
Badin lake is a great place for fishing and going out on the boat to get around. A great lake for a pontoon as well as activities (water ski / wake board / tubing). We have a floating pier connected beside a permanent structure that can hold a boat up to 20ft. Please make sure you have your fenders on you boat as they are not provided on the pier. Cleats on on the pier to tie down to. In the event the lake would go down (occasionally in the fall/winter) multiple feet, there might not be enough water to place your boat. Feel free to ask in those situations if the water is good for your boat.
If you're expecting a 5-star resort, this may not be the place for you. This is a comfortable cottage built in the 1960's. We take great pride in the property with the goal of giving you the best experience possible. There have been gradual updates to the place and will continue to.

Staying at this Badin Lake Property was just what my husband and I was looking for to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday! The boat dock was perfect for lounging and view was serene! The house was accommodating to what we needed and the house host was attentive to our needs! We would definitely stay here again!

Great fishing cabin
Spent a couple nights fishing the lake, and using the dock to tie up our boat, it was a great fit for what we wanted to do fishing the lake, great view of the sunset from the back.

This property was just right for our long Labor Day weekend. We spent most of the time on the water, so we really appreciated the boat dock.

Father's Day fishing trip
Great communication with the host, friendly neighbors, everything was clean and well maintained and quiet neighborhood,, overall a great place to stay for our fishing trip. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay. Boat dock is well protected and neighbors are friendly. Communication with owners was immediate. When we needed additional towels, had them within hours.

Peaceful cove with an amazing sunset view!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, perfect size with and amazing sunset view! Fire pit sitting area was perfect! We were able to dock our pontoon and quiet cove. Kyla was very easy and great to talk with. Will be booking again!
