Sorry, can you let me know where on my listing it says.... "a 5 minute walk to the lake" because it definitely needs to be corrected. I know the boat launch is 5 minute drive.

The home was really nice. It was just my husband and me but it would also work well for two couples or a family given the separate bedroom and bathroom in the back. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the recliners were fun for TV or movie viewing. The host was super responsive and the lake area is lovely.

I am a retired Certified Process Server for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Sarasota, FL. for 25 years. And I was a Certified Legal Assistant for a local litigation attorney for 11 years. Semi-retired now and run my husband's stucco company.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My family has owned property at Badin Lake since 1954. They loved the area. I bought this home because of the family ties, lake view and my love of fishing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quiet and relaxing. Lots of time for fishing. Bass fishing tournaments year round. Great location for numerous "day trips"'. Emerald mines, NC State Zoo, Charlotte/Lowe's Motor Speedway, golfing, hiking, biking, search for Big Foot in the Uwharrie National Forest, or just sit on the porch and read a good book. Then take a walk. The woods are beautiful. Especially in fall.
