2 chambres Ă  coucher 2 bains. SANS FUMÉE. PAS D'ANIMAUX (sans approbation prĂ©alable et dĂ©pĂŽt. PropriĂ©taire allergique). AUCUN ENFANT DE MOINS DE 10 ANS. La maison est entiĂšrement recouverte de moquette. Beaucoup de commoditĂ©s. Le maĂźtre a un lit King. Chambre d'hĂŽtes a un lit queen. Le porche avant est blindĂ© et conçu pour les magnifiques levers de soleil sur le lac et les pleines lunes la nuit. CafĂ© le matin. Brandy la nuit. .

Les fauteuils de théùtre inclinables en cuir rouge sont parfaits pour regarder la télévision ou un film. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée. CafetiÚre et café. Laveuse et sécheuse. Grillades en plein air (propane).

Grande maison relaxante. SituĂ© dans la forĂȘt nationale d'Uwharrie. Beaucoup d'excursions d'une journĂ©e pour le voyageur. PĂȘche, randonnĂ©e, vĂ©lo, mines d'Ă©meraude, Reed Gold Mine, NC State Zoo Ă  Asheboro, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Morrow Mountain State Park, NC Wine Tour et plusieurs terrains de golf.

La communautĂ© a une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau privĂ©e avec un parking sĂ©parĂ© pour les vĂ©hicules et les remorques hors propriĂ©tĂ©. Vous n'ĂȘtes pas autorisĂ© Ă  laisser votre vĂ©hicule et votre remorque Ă  la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau. Parking en haut de la rue. Lancement de bateau env. 5 minutes de la maison. Allez encore quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons et il y a un quai de pĂȘche communautaire.

Very nice home, very cute. Close to the water with a quick access to the boat ramp. Host was very nice and gave us information before hand and answered very quickly. Great place to stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area again!

Beverly is an excellent hostess. Totally on top of her place. It’s clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds. She opens up her home to you. Plus, the Badin Lake area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the area.

Get away for a wedding

We had an amazing time. The place is great! It has everything you can ever need. We got it to be closer to a wedding we were attending. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it. The owner was great and keep in contact to be sure we had everything we needed, etc.

Wonderful Quiet Lake Getaway

Fishing weekend

We stayed here to have a relaxing weekend of fishing. It was very clean and spacious for just my Boyfriend and I. Property owner was very kind and messaged and asked if everything was going good. Will stay again. Plenty of fun on the lake. We brought our boat and had a great time.

Wonderful experience!

Our stay was so very enjoyable! This home has everything you need. We cooked in every night and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need including all the extras. The media chairs were wonderful for the movie time we had in the rain. View from the porch wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house!

Bevs Badin place

Bev was a very gracious host. She checked on us prior to our arrival and during our stay. She was quick to respond if we had questions. The house is very well kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need including some basic condiments. I will definitely stay at her place again and recommend it to others

Perfect Bass Fishing Tournament Location

We stayed in Beverly's home for a bass fishing tournament on Lake High Rock. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of Badin Lake just across the street.The property was immaculately clean and we'll appointed. Beverly was so helpful and always available to answer questions about the area. This home is a hidden gem with a circular drive for anyone fishing or just enjoying the area lakes. We would love to enjoy time here when we visit the area next time. Thank you Beverly!!

Nice property!

We had a very nice experience at this property. Bonus was the sleep number bed in the master bedroom. The carpet in the living room is so plush and soft. We use the property as our homebase to go to the NC zoo and the Greensboro science Center/zoo/aquarium. the kitchen was so well stocked. And we loved the notes on the cabinets telling us where things are. I don’t think the hosts missed anything you may need in the kitchen. Very enjoyable, stay! Highly recommended.

Closing on new house

Needed a few days stay to do a walkthrough and close on our new house! Found Beverly’s property and thought this would be perfect. Very comfortable and lovely place, kitchen is very nice and very well equipped! She had a lot of little things others do not consider,she obviously paid attention to detail!Furniture in Beverly’s place is beautiful! Was better than the pictures,master bed and bath is pretty nice and roomy! The whole place is spacious, wonderful stay! Thank you Beverly! Loved it! Definitely will recommend this place to family and friends!

My family has owned property at Badin Lake since 1954. They loved the area. I bought this home because of the family ties, lake view and my love of fishing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Quiet and relaxing. Lots of time for fishing. Bass fishing tournaments year round. Great location for numerous "day trips"'. Emerald mines, NC State Zoo, Charlotte/Lowe's Motor Speedway, golfing, hiking, biking, search for Big Foot in the Uwharrie National Forest, or just sit on the porch and read a good book. Then take a walk. The woods are beautiful. Especially in fall.
