Recently refurbished first floor condo, two bedroom/two bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood with nearby parks, fully furnished and outfitted with games and activities for young visitors. Central in beautiful Sarasota, 10 minutes west of University Town Center shopping & restaurants and 30 minutes west of gulf beaches. Access to two community pools and clubhouse.
One month minimum stay thatâs priced for all visitors, utilities included with wifi and Amazon Fire TVs. Sleeps 4 comfortably, additional space in the living room/pool table room for airbeds and company. High chair/pack n play available upon request.
Sarasota/Bradenton has many family friendly activities! Be sure to check out some of the best -
Mote Marine research labs and aquarium; John Ringling art museum and estate; Myakka State Park; Sarasota Bayfront Park playgrounds and splash parks; Downtowns farmers markets; Beaches including Siesta Key, Lido Key and Anna Maria Island. Don't forget water activities like charted fishing and kayaking in the mangroves and an array of public golf courses.
