-Pool - North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from mid-November to April.
-On-Site Activities- 4 Miles of beachfront paved Bike paths, Community walking paths, Playground, Windmark Town Center including Bruno's Pizza, The Mill Mercantile & Social, staple grocery items, coffee bar, ice cream bar, dog park, sweet shop, Bike rentals, paddle boards, kayaks, solo stoves, and more.
-Nearby Activities & Amenities- Shopping, Restaurants, Cape San Blas Lighthouse, Port St. Joe Marina, TH Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, Salinas Park (pickle ball courts), Rish State Park, Fishing Charters, Boat Rentals, Horseback Riding on Beach.
-Fishing is abundant near Port Saint Joe -Fish off the shore in the bay, scalloping in the bay, or book deep sea trip. Fresh water fishing at Dead Lakes and Chipola River in Wewahitchka.

Property has a retention pond in the backyard. There is NO fishing or swimming allowed. Be aware of wildlife and children near water. This is Florida.

Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted in neighborhood.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
