The covered balcony is the perfect spot for watching dolphins play, manatee meander and enjoying the fabulous colors of the setting sun to the west or the rising sun to the east. We stayed for one week at this lovely waterway front condo. It is spotless, overlooks the waterway (where we would watch dolphins and manatees) from the dining and living rooms as well as the primary bedroom. We watched the beautiful sunrises from the bed in primary bedroom. The condo is well supplied with beach and bath towels and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable! The location is great, across from gulf beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

Great location, great communication. The only issue we experienced was outside the host’s control, but it worked out. We were given a discount due to the balcony being repaired. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of supplies available including towels and things for the beach.

The only problem was that the deck was unusable due to structural problems that were being resolved. The agent had warned us about this and compensated us for the loss of use of the deck. Otherwise, the property was great with all updated appliances and rehabbed interior. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Condo

We stayed 8 weeks & enjoyed our time. The water view was appreciated every day especially from the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Adele was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even more spacious and comfortable than the photos showed, with plenty of room for our family to relax. Everything was spotless on arrival and so thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen essentials to extra towels and beach gear.The location couldn’t be better! We enjoyed gorgeous bayfront views right from the balcony and had just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and shops.The host was fantastic! Responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this little slice of paradise again!Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

The Hidden Gem of St. Pete Beach

This condo is outstanding and should not be overlooked when searching for quality and affordable accommodations. The unit is newly remodeled, has new and modern amenities and appliances, has a covered balcony that overlooks the bayside waters (we saw manatees and dolphins on several mornings), and is just steps away from access to St. Pete Beach. The condo is equipped with everything one might need to eat, sleep, and play. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and each has its own full bathroom. Many of the stores and restaurants are within walking distance and driving Gulf Blvd. is a breeze. Adele was super responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed help figuring out how to operate a couple of things. If we return to St. Pete Beach in the future, this is where we will stay. Thank you for making this a great vacation!!!

I have nothing bad to say about this property at all, however there were a couple of things that I wish had been available. What a beautiful spacious and peaceful patio, the icing on the cake would have been a grill of some sort, even if only electric. More than one kitchen trash bag provided (however there were plenty of other staples including bath products). Most important, provide some instructions for the TVs. We could never get the one on the patio to come on. The massive TV in the bedroom had four remotes, no one or combination of them, could get the TV watchable during our stay. Very disappointing. The living room TV-we were able to get it on with some aggravation, but after a bit of time it would shut down on its own. Several times a day we'd go thru this. We had one other small issue that was quickly resolved by text.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beach access was very close and there were plenty of beach supplies; chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc. Our host was very responsive. Would rent it again!
