48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared.
Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

The building code may be different from the apartment code.

★ EXTRA GUEST ★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 7 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 10. Any guest beyond 7 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.


★ NO PETS ALLOWED ($500 FINE) ★

Kindly note that only free street parking is available. While parking is generally accessible, it's important to recognize that finding a spot may become more challenging as the evening progresses, especially during late hours. We recommend arriving early or planning your parking accordingly, as it can be more difficult to find available spaces late at night.

★ IMPORTANT NOTE ★
Please note that this unit is in a residential area, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors, although it's typically a quiet environment. We recommend taking this into consideration prior to finalizing your booking.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ For long-term stays exceeding 25 days, we may request additional details about your visit, such as proof of employment, flight information, and a signed agreement. Additionally, a phone call or in-person check-in may be required.★
