Welcome to our Sky High Retreat, your perfect home base just minutes from the excitement of NYC! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex sits on a quiet dead-end street, offering you the peace and privacy you’ll love after a day exploring the city.

I’ve designed the space with your comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals with your group – whether it’s breakfast before a busy day or a cozy dinner in. With an open layout and huge windows letting in tons of natural light, this home feels bright, airy, and welcoming.

Here’s how the sleeping arrangements work:

Bedroom 1: A full-over-full bunk bed with a handy trundle underneath.

Bedroom 2: A private retreat featuring a comfy King bed for those who appreciate a little extra space.

Bedroom 3: Two full-over-full bunk beds with a private en-suite bathroom – plenty of room for your crew!

The living room is one of my favorite spots. You’ll find a 65-inch TV and an oversized luxury sectional that’s so huge it can sleep three additional guests (seriously!). And if you need even more options, I’ve got air mattresses and bassinets available – because I want everyone to feel right at home.
