The sun rises were AMAZING! The fact that you could see 2 different sides of the ocean was spectacular. The views were awesome. Rooms were clean, we made breakfast. Full fridge in the kitchen. Everything we needed And the water pressure was GREAT! Showers were great Would definitely recommend staying here, especially for the views. We also seen dolphins every day from the balcony! Idk if that's because of the time of year? Or if it's all the time? But we did 🥰 Thank You to the Host! It we absolutely enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a great stay. However, the coffee maker doesn’t work. There also seems to be issues with the electrical switches. You might want to get them looked at. Thanks!

Loved the condo & had a great time…the location is perfect for enjoying the Blues right from the balcony…we loved the pool & our view of the Gulf! I would suggest providing more towels for your guests…there were 6 of us & we were given 5 bath towels to last for the 4 nights we were there …I do realize there’s a laundry downstairs but who wants to wash clothes while on vacation? We brought our own beach towels & luckily had some extras to use as bath towels…more everyday silverware would also have been appreciated…it was sparse to say the least! Thanks again for hosting us…I hope we can come back soon!

Beach view is beautiful. Construction was a bit of a down fall, but access to the beach is still available through the side ramp. Room was nice and clean! More towels to shower if staying longer than two days would be recommended!

For the price I would expect in unit washer and dryer. For the price I would expect the unit would not have wear and tear visible beyond what would be normal for example ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained from water damage. Mirrored closet doors were cracked and slider. Track was dirty making it hard to keep the door closed several interior doors that should’ve been deadbolt to closed or not, and would not stay shut on their own. It was not clear in the description of the unit that the view was not direct. But rather it was a side unit. All the unit was dark and not very bright.

We will: - Clarify the listing and photos to state the unit is a side view rather than a direct view. - Have maintenance replace the stained ceiling tiles and investigate the source of the water damage. - Repair or replace the cracked mirrored closet door, clean and service the slider track so it closes properly. - Inspect and adjust interior doors, latches and deadbolts so doors stay shut as intended. - Review the unit’s lighting and add brighter bulbs/fixtures or lamps to improve overall brightness. - Review the unit’s amenities and pricing information to ensure expectations about in-unit laundry are accurate in the listing. A wonderful place to stay!

Everything about our stay at San Souci 601 was wonderful! The location was great and having access to the beach just off the property was amazing! Check in and out was very easy and the property management company checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was great.. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was very clean and as pictured, however the pull out couch was not in the living room and is in one the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a great stay for me and my family!
