The place was spacious and very clean. Everything was in perfect condition and very well maintained. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return next time.

The apartment was just what we needed. We were having home repairs and needed a place to live while still working locally. This location was convenient to all of Centre county especially State College. Host we’re so sweet, accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere very much!

Perfect for us!

Our apartment was spacious, clean and very organized. Independent space with lots of light and with most of the amenities we needed. We definitely recommend and would come back!

Excellent, especially for birders

Beautiful apartment, clean, new, and location, location, location! This home is located in the woods and is a birders dream! Private and peaceful. You don’t even need to leave the property to see more rare birds because this place is in their habitat and the rare birds are on this property all around you. On the property in the owners woods (which has many trails) I saw common yellowthroats, American redstarts, orioles, warblers, the best was a cerulean warbler) vireos, towhees, indigo buntings, swallows, etc. We did go to Bald Eagle State Park which was only like 15 minutes away and saw many of the same birds at the apartment. We did see a scarlet tanager and an ovenbird too at the park. We attended our son’s girlfriend’s graduation at Penn State University which was conveniently about 10 minutes away. The owners are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and lovely. The apartment was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the place. We are thinking about going in the fall for fall migration and we will definitely stay here! Definitely got some lifers off my list! Happy birding!!
