Enjoy our spacious suite in the quaint village of Boalsburg. Minutes away from the PSU football shuttle. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, historical sites and more. The suite is on the first floor of our Inn Boalsburg four bedroom Victorian Mansion and can be added for extra space if hosting a large crowd or as a stand alone rental for a couples get away. Our back yard has a fireplace and a wood fired pizza oven and plenty of space to sit and relax.

Thanks so much! We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after the Penn State football game. It was very cozy and clean. We will definitely be back in the future. A five star rating from us!

Great Accommodations and Location

Apartment was lovely and was the back of the main house with access to the garden in the back. Well done space and amenities, comfortable for the 3 of us for daughter's graduation. Overall a really nice stay!We'd like to thank the owner who helped resolve an issue with a change to our reservation and a little confusion over the listing price but we were satisfied with the outcome.

Centrally located in Boalsburg - a sweet little village

This was the perfect spot for us. We have family in Boalsburg and we could walk to their home. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Entry was easy and convenient. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed this location. Easy access to Penn State. The property owners and manager were very responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out, made a call, and by the time we returned it was taken care of! We hated to have to call, but they were sweet and just helped us without any hesitation.

Charming historic Inn with modern amenities

We stayed in the Innkeepers Suite. It was so spacious and comfortable. The living room had beautiful furnishings with a huge flat screen TV above the large gas/electric fireplace. There was a well stocked coffee/ tea bar. The bedroom was cozy with a corner fireplace! The location of the Inn is perfect! We ate across the street at the historic Duffy’s Tavern, and ended the evening down the block at Boal City Brewery listening to local musicians while enjoying drinks around a fire pit!!! The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend a stay at a the Inn in Boalsburg. It’s been a wonderful experience.

Spacious Suite

This property is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The location is great in Boalsburg and has lots of parking. I would stay here again, especially in nicer weather when you can enjoy the back yard area.
