Book your next unforgettable beach getaway at Forever and a Day #182, a Landmark Vacation Rentals premium 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom (plus two half baths) oceanfront property in North Topsail Beach. This meticulously designed and unique home offers everything you need for a dream vacation. Located on the front row with direct beach access, a private pool, a theater room, and a stunning rooftop balcony with 360-degree water views and a hot tub, this home is ideal for hosting your next multi-family trip, family reunion, church retreat, or corporate outing.
Guests will enter through the first level/ground floor and proceed up the stairs to the second level. The second level features a recreation area, featuring a theater room with 9 comfortable reclining chairs, a seating area on the sound side with a table and chairs, and a full kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, granite bar counter, bar stools, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and a pub table with seating for four. The living area offers a sectional sofa, chairs, a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, and a convenient half bath.
There are 10 large bedrooms each with their own private bath. The home will sleep 27 comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Oceanfront, south side â King bed, private bath, handicap features, access to oceanfront deck.
Bedroom 2: Oceanfront, north side â Queen bed, private bath (tub/shower combo), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 3: North side â 4 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 8), private bath (tub/shower combo).
Third Floor:
Bedroom 4: Sound side, south â Queen bed, private bath (tub/shower combo).
Bedroom 5: Oceanfront, south â King bed, private bath (tub/shower combo), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 6: Oceanfront, center â Queen bed, private bath (shower), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 7: Oceanfront, north â Queen bed, private bath (shower), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 8: Sound side, north â Queen bed, private bath (shower).

On the fourth level, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for large family gatherings, with modern decor, ample seating, and mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of space. Outside, enjoy the oceanfront decks with comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing to the sound of the waves.
There is parking for 10 cars (the largest on Topsail Island) in the driveway and an additional 3 in the carport. Dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet (two dogs max).
Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience that can be accessed through the ground floor and will reach all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Thereâs no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
