Pet Friendly 3 Bed house close to everything!
You have the entire house. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level and two beds and another bath upstairs. Within walking distance to downtown shopping/restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, theater and more! Within a short drive to the Little River Casino, Golf Courses, Onekama, M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking, antiquing and vineyards. We welcome you and your dog, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance. There are several antique family furniture pieces in the house that are more valuable to me then to anyone else, but I hope you enjoy them as part of the decor! You will be asked to fill out a rental agreement at the time of booking.
If you are interested in renting only one bed and one bath, we can close the top floor for a smaller rate. Please inquire before booking or book the sister property entitled "Pet Friendly One Bedroom close to Everything!"

AMENITIES INCLUDE: laundry, hair dryer, coffee maker, smart TV, private driveway and yard.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include blender, and toaster. Also included: basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board.
LOCATION: The house is located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Manistee with easy access to River Street and the downtown food and shopping. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes⊠or hop on the River Walk and take a long walk to First Street Beach.
PARKING: The driveway is private and available for you to use while you stay.
Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental.
ARRIVAL: Check-in details are sent to your E-MAIL address the day before your arrival. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the âno partiesâ and âno smokingâ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement will be collected at the time of booking. This is an API property.
