This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home sleeps 22 and is situated in a no wake cove with a private dock featuring a brand new hot tub, a slide, hot tub, and high dive. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen is flooded with natural light from the adjacent living area and features plenty of counter space to prepare a nice family dinner after a day on the water. Featuring a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen if fully equipped and offers both drip and K cup coffee options.

Living Room
The gorgeous living space features an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, sectional, lounge chair, and two accent chairs. There are two sets of sliding doors off the living area that open onto the balcony which features a gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs. There is a screened in balcony with a couch, loveseat, and a glass top table with seating for four.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king size adjustable bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached master bath with a shower/tub combo and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 6 Bunk House
The sixth bedroom is located downstairs in the bunk house and features two queen over queen bunk beds with trundles and a twin size bed. There is an additional living area with a couch, loveseat, flat screen TV, and a foosball table! There is an attached bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a single vanity sink.

Outside
The oversized dock is perfect for entertaining and features a kitchenette, full sized refrigerator, and a gas grill. Located in a no wake cove, it is perfect for safely swimming and enjoying the high dive, hot tub, and slide! Plenty of space to relax, with the two outdoor tables that seat ten and two couches that can seat twelve with a gas fire pit! There is a 30 x 12 slip and two areas to moor on the side of the dock!

This home is located just off Osage Beach Parkway, centrally located to all the most popular spots. This complex is just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Outlet shopping, Hyvee, JB Hooks, Baxters, and tons of other lakefront bars and restaurants. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
