At Sand Star Villas, there are only approximate 18-20 units arranged in two townhouse rows; no neighbors above or below you. The community is exceptionally quiet and is virtually never fully occupied, even during high season.

Many condominium developments on the island require you to park in a parking garage and walk a very long way, upstairs, by elevator and around past other units to reach your unit. At Sand Star Villas, you park directly in front of the unit and within 8-10 steps are comfortably inside the unit.
