I have stayed here several time over the years and it never disappoints. Clean, well stocked. The owners are easy to work with. Love the location. Tigertail beach is my favorite beach in Florida. The Everglades is within a short drive from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. And the golf cart is always fun to drive. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the outdoors and nature. I will be back next year.

Great place to stay.

We love the home in Goodland and can't wait to return next year. The home is very clean, comfortable and close to all of Goodland's attractions. It was also an easy drive to Marco Island. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Fun little trip

We loved having the use of the Golf cart to explore the island. 4 Great bar/restaurants within walking distance. The house has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will be back!

A Good One In Goodland

A very nice two bedroom home. Very clean and stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Hope to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

Nice amenities and good location. Quiet neighborhood to enjoy several deck areas in the morning and grilling in the evening. Close to numerous evergade and 10 thousand isle excursions. Would gladly stay again.

Highly recommend! The area was perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation! Didn’t have to travel far for beaches, and definitely not for food and live entertainment with plenty within walking (or golf cart) distance. Wandel was available at all times, and offered plenty of recommendations to fully enjoy the area.

Lovely little beach cottage in Goodland, FL

Wendel and Amy were wonderful hosts! The cottage was very nice and cozy with a comfortable beach vibe. It was just as described with beach chairs and bikes, golf cart and kayak use. We had a great trip to Goodland and really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend a stay here for a nice relaxing trip.

Perfect place for us! We enjoyed the golf cart to access the restaurant's and bars on the island đŸïž the front porch was great for watching the osprey feed their babies. The beds were super comfy and the extra shower downstairs was great! Would love to stay again!

Amazing place and community!

Place was better than advertised, clean and includes all amenities that would be needed! The goodland area is amazing with ample food/drink and entertainment ! The golf cart was just the cherry on top to move around the community. Can’t give this stay enough stars!!

Perfect Island Retreat!

This property is located just a walk or a gulf cart ride to the best restaurants around Goodland and Marco Island. The property had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping in my own bed. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting an island experience. The locals were very friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed our Goodland stay

Our stay in Goodland was our second visit to Goodland/Marco area. House worked very well for us. Was as listed on site. We had a good stay. We enjoyed bike riding, kayaking, beach walks and fishing. Sweet Annie's ice cream is the best.

Spotless and perfect

Amy and Wendell’s place was perfect. We were greeted by them once we arrived. Once inside the place was spotless and very inviting. It’s a great location right in the middle of the island. The golf cart was a perfect touch to the property. We used it every day.

Great in Goodland!

Goodland is awesome for: -guiet peaceful neighborhood by day - evenings full of music( in season) -fresh fish from Kirk's -access to shelling and fishing trips right down the road at the boat park. -Marco Island 15 minute drive away. The house was well equipped, very clean and the golf cart was great for going to the boat park and restaurants . Hosts were quick to help with questions and a cooler. Great stay! -taking the Hemingway ferry to Keewaydin Island.
