Fantastic place to stay.

Super clean, super quiet and PLENTY of TVs. Host could not have been any nicer. Health permitting our group of 6 - with youngest being 76 really did appreciate the low step in showers and outside ramp.

The property was very clean, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The grill didn’t work. The TVs in the secondary bedrooms wouldn’t select what we wanted to watch and the road noise was pretty bad.

I’m sorry you didn’t have the best experience. We’ve always gotten compliments on the beds but the living room furniture needed to be upgraded, which I did. A new couch and love seat will be here by the end of the week. Unfortunately, there’s not much I can do about the road noise. It’s a busy highway and the highway is currently being resurfaced so there was more noise than usual. If you do wish to come back and stay, I’ll gladly offer you a discount. Thanks for choosing The Cosway in Scottsboro!

Awesome & perfect for our fishing trip

We had a great time. The house was as described and we appreciated the space. We had issues with hot water, dish washer leaking and the pump going out on the washing machine. We had a handy crew so we addressed a few of these and the property manager was helpful, fun and kind but we still had challenges.

I enjoy working in my yard, arts and crafts, fishing (anything to do with being outside), spending time with family, friends and my dog… Marlee. She is a red golden retriever and my second child. I have a 22 year old son, family is the most important thing to me. I like being a host because I get to meet and talk to new people from all over the country. I have built some great relationships with my guests.

Property is in a great location! The public boat ramp is just a couple minutes down the road, where you can access beautiful Lake Guntersville. You can be in downtown Guntersville and The City Harbor within 6-7 minutes. The Sand Mountain Amphitheater is only 18 miles from the property. There is a circle paved driveway for easy access and parking.
