Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

The host was great and we had all the simple amenities we needed and then some! There were every pot and pan we needed in the cabinets and all kinds of utensils and silverware for us to use also! Even without all of this stuff the condo was clean and maintained just as advertised and the beds were so comfy two of the guests who were with me actually bought one of the same mattresses that was in their room when we all got home! Definitely recommend staying here and we will surely be back! Thank you!

Clean and quiet condo with beautiful view of the gulf. Easy check in, plenty of parking, easy check out. Very nice facility with indoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. Plenty of carts to use to get belongings up to the condo from the car.

My family and I overall had a wonderful stay. The location on the beach and corner condo was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we practically lived in the fenced in kiddie pool. It was nice to not have to chase the youngest kids around and they could play with their toys there. Our only complaint about our kids experience would be all the beds were hard and uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend mattress toppers for them all to make vacation stays more comfortable. Our backs unfortunately were ready to come home after a night or two. The staff were very nice and the condo was easy to find.

Updated Condo

This unit was in good condition, new paint, nice furniture. When we checked in the paint smell was very strong, a wall had been repaired and there was a paint can and a small amount of paint scrapings on the floor. After we aired the unit out it was fine. They came in the next day and finished painting and cleaned up the paint mess.

Great location and value!

The unit was clean and ready upon our arrival. Being on the 3rd floor means you aren’t waiting long for elevators. Between the indoor pool/hot tubs, outdoor pools, and beach, there is something to do no matter the weather. Would definitely stay here again!
