With an overgrown food garden and a second story balcony, guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this property. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hot water showers and skylights for an added experience.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but it is central to all of the things any traveler might need. The house is equipped with parking spaces but a car is not required in this prime location. This home is just a short 3 minute walk from supermarkets and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach (Playa Cocles).
Guests can enjoy the full property and home with lots of outdoor spaces to relax in nature. The garden contains overgrown food trees and hardwood trees that attract many Costa Rica animals like iguanas, sloths, toucans, macaws, monkeys, etc. that pass throughout the day.
This home is a must-stay because of its prime location and many unique qualities that remain true to the culture of the Caribbean.
