Beach Bliss @Jane’s

Escape to our newly renovated home, perfectly located just 10ish minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Our house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with window unit ACs in every room (please note there is no central AC, but there are window units and ceiling fans). The house went through a complete reconstruction and everything including furniture is brand new. The location of the house is fabulous for beach lovers, as it sits right between Sanibel and FMB. Target and Walmart are 5 minutes away.

Our house is located in a very small and very safe old Florida neighborhood with quite a lot of snowbirds. The neighborhood was originally zoned as mobile home neighborhood, but does have some concrete block homes like ours, too. Publix and a Circle K are 3 minutes away while Target, Walmart and such stores are 5 minutes away. We are 5 minutes away from Sanibel causeway, 5 minutes away from Matanzas Pass to Fort Myers Beach and 5 minutes away from Bunche beach. Location is simply fabulous and that’s why there are other short term rental properties in our neighborhood.

The entire house is accessible to guests. There is one locked closet where we keep our personal items (because we do stay here part of the time, too).

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a whole home to relax in after visiting the beaches. Very close to the local beach and sanibel island. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice beach chairs and cooler were handy for our days away. Jana communicated with us and answered our questions. Would recommend this home if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

I Will Definitely Be Back

This is the first time that I used VRBO. I couldn't have chosen better than Jane's Beach Bliss. Jane is exceptionally responsive. She answered my messages to her immediately. I knew exactly what to expect. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was surprised to learn that even though she was in Europe she still always answered. She did have a local contact person as well, but we never needed to call.The neighborhood is very quiet. It is mere minutes from Sanibel Island. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. The closest place is Italian. The food is excellent there; but be aware that it is pricey.Jane’s house is super cute. We didn't use the back yard; but you should definitely look out the back door. In the very left corner of the yard there is a giant Walking Tree. It is truly amazing to see and has to be at least 209 years old! The front of the house has a huge palm tree with coconut. The sidewalks are lined with seashells on the sides. There are also security cameras outside, which we liked.The house is meticulously clean. Everything that one could need is provided. There were even beach items in one of the bedrooms that we borrowed. Jane had coffee and tea set out. The sink must be European- we loved it. You have to see it to believe it. Appliances are full sized. The pics are all true. Everything was even better than we expected. Snap this up before it becomes unavailable. You'll be happy that you did!

Friends Florida Get Away

Absolutely loved our stay at Jana’s place. Best Vrbo experience. The house is in a great location, close to beaches and grocery stores. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as shown and was incredibly clean. Loved all the extra little touches Jana has provided in her home. Loved our time there and hope to return again!

Hi everyone, my name is Jana, I am from the Czech Republic, I am a teacher and I have a 5-year old son. Me and my husband bought this house in 2022 right before hurricane Ian and we are proud to say we have finally finished full reconstruction of it! When our house is rented we are in Europe so we are not really available but our neighbourhood is great (with a lot of snowbirds and a lot of renters) and our neighbours help us a lot in case it's needed. We do this ourselves and not through a huge property management company so please take that into consideration when booking.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house went through complete renovation, it has a great full kitchen with all the amenities (Nespresso machine, milk frother, Sodastream, toster, kettle, PUR water filter pitcher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator with an ice machine and a water filter), smoke detectors in every room, window AC units in all bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area (please note there is no central AC as it doesn't fit into the roof space, but there's window units and ceiling fans throughout the house). The bathroom has a European-style shower (glass enclosure and tile) and a washer and dryer. All the furniture in the house is brand new and there is parking on our property.
