Bask in this tranquil estate. Exceptional views, the sunrises are world class, many have said `the sky speaks to you here.` 95 Acre Estate and gentlemen`s Farm with a guest house for you to explore and enjoy Litchfield, NW CT & The Berkshires. Sleeps 4, complete apartment with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, wifi, washer/dryer, sound bar, coffee bar. Apple orchard, hay fields, chickens, 8 miles of walking trails to explore. Couple of homes away from Topsmead Park. Exceptional & Private.

The space is a complete apartment above one of our barns. It`s got a single bedroom with a king bed, a large open area kitchen/dining/living room with a sleeper sofa and gorgeous bathroom with a stand up shower. It`s got a great deck off of the bedroom with amazing views of the sunrise, house, forest and property. It`s off the road and completely private.
Close to Forman, Taft, Frederick Gunn, Rumsey Hall, Hotchkiss, Salisbury, Kent, South Kent, Marvelwood and Winvian.

The space is a complete apartment above one of our barns. It`s got a single bedroom with a king bed, a large open area kitchen/dining/living room with a sleeper sofa and gorgeous bathroom with a stand up shower. It`s got a great deck off of the bedroom with amazing views of the sunrise, house, forest and property. It`s off the road and completely private. You`ll get a text with a keycode to the door upon your check in time. The apartment has everything you`ll need to have a great time in the Litchfield HIlls.

You can email or text us anytime if you need anything.
No shoes in the home, please take them off on the rug at the entrance way. No smoking, pot or vaping on the property at any time. We`re brutally allergic to something in them and we can have none, please refrain completely. If you need to smoke/vape or use Pot please drive elsewhere and return with the car aired out completely. Thank you so much, the allergic reaction to this is a medical emergency.

Clean, cozy spot for small family

Though we only stayed one night and were at a family event for the majority of our visit to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this guest house and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the space and beautiful property. The guest house is fully stocked with everything you would need and if you enjoy the outdoors it is right down the road from some beautiful trails. It’s a gem of a spot and my family would definitely stay again.

Litchfield getaway

This is a beautiful property. The property owners were very welcoming and prompt to answer any questions and concerns. Litchfield is a wonderful little town that has so much to offer. We can’t wait to go back.

Litchfield Hills Getaway

We stayed overnight for the Litchfield Hills Road Race Sunday 6/8; this was a quaint location and very clean. It was a nice cool weekend, however we did notice it did not have an AC and may not be a comfortable in the hot and humid summer months.

A hidden gem

We absolutely LOVED the Jefferson House. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was clean, new and perfectly country! The owners didn’t miss a thing- coffee station, laundry pods, bathroom amenities. It made it really easy to stay.

I stayed here for four nights, including one with my son, and it was fantastic.Everything is brand new, clean, and beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could want.

Luxury comfort in upscale town

The lighting is warm and inviting as you step up the stairs into a large open concept room. Every detail is beyond modern from the giant marble counter equipped with the comfiest and largest leather barstools, to the kitchen whose colors and appliances are so beautifully designed; cabinets stocked with every item you need to cook a homemade meal.The king size bed was like a cloud, swallowing us in the fluffiest duvets and sheets, comfortable pillows, making it an easy switch to use the TV in the bedroom to watch a movie before dozing off to sleep.For those not local to the area, we very much enjoyed a restaurant called @The Corner, and coffee at Espresso. Downtown Litchfield is a 5 minute drive and offers a lot of good food and drink options.As we visit the area often, we hope to be back!
