The Space
Savor your stay in our lofted modern carriage house in downtown Loveland built in spring 2024. We are in the business of hospitality and every detail was in mind with this custom build. This upscale 2 bedroom apartment has abundant natural light and has fresh and modern features throughout.

The unit will be decorated for the holidays for guests to enjoy from December 2nd-January 5th.

The space
Our carriage house is located on our 1/3 acre property in downtown Loveland. Our family of seven and our very friendly yellow lab live in our home, which is also situated on the lot.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the designated single parking space on the south side of the carriage house located off the alley. If an additional vehicle needs to be parked, please message us and we will show you the on street parking location.

In addition, the outdoor patio is available for guests to enjoy Colorado's 300+ days of sunshine!

Other things to note
Our modern carriage house is located just a few blocks south of Lake Loveland which has some of the prettiest views of the mountains in all of Loveland!

We are also a few minute drive or a refreshing 20 min walk to downtown Loveland & a myriad of options of our favorite local restaurants and coffee shops.
