Welcome to your Downtown oasis! This two-bedroom retreat features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Enjoy a private balcony and step right into Old Town, with dining, nightlife, shopping, and live music just moments away.
Start your morning with coffee from a nearby café, spend the day exploring local shops, and wind down with dinner, drinks, and live music in the evening. Everything is an easy walk, so you can settle in, head out, and come back when you’re ready.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Elevated deck with an electric grill and lounge seating, just steps from Old Town Square!
INDOOR LIVING: 45" Smart TV, multiple reading/sitting areas, dining table, board games, vaulted ceilings, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between both bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an additional sink and vanity area (please note this is not a second bathroom). A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for every stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better. The space was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here and hopefully will return!

The place was nice however it can get quite noisy with foot traffic outside. It would be nice if owners installed blackout shades in the bedrooms. We had a major issue with the designated parking space. A car was parked there and didn’t move the entire time. I contacted owner to see if they would get it towed but owner took no action.

Quick birthday trip
We traveled to Fort Collins to celebrate my son@s birthday. The condo was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and us was conveniently situated in a great part of the town where we could walk to restaurants, stores, and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Location
Fantastic little place. Great communication. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Parking is a little inconvenient being 2 blocks away but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Quick weekend stay in Fort Collins. Could not have a better location. Walk to everything in Old Town. Definitely would stay here again.

Pine Street Loft is a comfortable, clean, perfectly located property. Everything was perfect. Easy check-in/out, convenient parking, walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops. Love this property!!!

Clean, comfy, & perfect
Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Town. Great location around food and shops. Great for a family or a young couple wanting to hang out near bars and restaurants. The home was very clean updated and comfy. We will stay again

Outstanding Place
The Loft on Pine was everything we needed it to be. Perfect location, easy walking to everywhere we wanted to be. Actually a little sorry we didn’t get to stay longer.

Wonderful location!
This place was exactly as described! We wanted something downtown since we had a concert at Washington's. Everything was walking distance and the parking spot was so helpful! Overall I highly recommend this place!

The Pine St. loft was everything we thought it would be and more. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. Stacy made all aspects of our stay perfect. The next time we are in Fort Collins we would definitely stay here.

Wonderful location in Old Town Fort Collins
One of the best places we’ve stayed. The location was fantastic, walking distance to almost everything from restaurants to walking paths. The place itself was immaculate with great amenities. Stacy was also a wonderful host and very responsive. Definitely recommend, we had a very memorable stay in Fort Collins.
