C'est exactement ça! Le coin sud-ouest de la propriété borde et a un accès direct à un champ de blocs de 5 acres de glacier qui ne demande qu'à être exploré. Construite en 2016 et située dans la communauté privée de Lake Harmony Estates, cette maison de 7 chambres et 5 salles de bains regorge de caractéristiques souhaitables pour tout groupe, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, été ou hiver. Il y a une petite plage privée, un port de plaisance et un accès au lac pour la pêche et la navigation de plaisance. Cette belle maison est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du domaine skiable de Big Boulder ou de la station de ski Jack Frost, ainsi que d’un parcours de golf, d’un golf miniature, d’un cinéma, d’un bowling, d’arcades, du parc aquatique intérieur de Split Rock Resort et de plusieurs restaurants. De vastes terrasses couvertes et ouvertes avec de nombreux sièges permettent à votre groupe de faire des grillades sur le grill Weber toujours prêt et alimenté et de dîner dans l'air des montagnes. Observez les ombres se déplacer à travers le champ de rochers depuis le bain à remous pour 8 personnes, ou prenez simplement une promenade tranquille. Passez du temps devant le foyer intérieur / extérieur. Pas le type en plein air? Une attention particulière a été portée à l’intérieur et au mobilier très confortable. Un plafond aux poutres apparentes et une lumière naturelle abondante ajoutent au sentiment d'espace de la grande salle. Les salles de jeux de la maison sont équipées d'un téléviseur 65 pouces, d'une table de billard rustique Olhausen en bois rond de 8 pieds, d'un téléviseur supplémentaire de 55 pouces, d'un bar avec mini réfrigérateur, d'un baby-foot Tornado T-3000 et du jeu vidéo Dreamcade® Vision 40 à 4 joueurs avec un écran de 40 ”. Guys weekend

Great amount of room for entire group of 12-15 guys for a long weekend of fun in the Poconos. Check in was easy, property had all the essentials. Plenty of porch space and outdoor space to hang. Hot tub was great after round of golf.

Wonderful Stay for Extended Family

Great place to stay. Lots of room to relax with a large group. House was spotless with great games. Pictures online are 100% accurate. Would stay here again.

House on the Rocks Rocked!

The house was a great fit for 16 women for a weekend stay! The check in process was easy and communication with the host was very convenient. The layout of the house is great for a big group. We loved enjoying the fireplace in the living AND on the deck!

Amazing experience in luxurious Poconos Estate

Overall my group of 13 adults had an incredible time at this location! The house was exactly as advertised online, with games, linen, tolietries and other nice features. The jacuzzi was great, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and nothing was missing. Check-in/ check-out was easy, communication with the host was consistent, and the overall location is well situated near many restaurants and outdoor/ indoor activities. I recommend this to anyone and would gladly rebook.

Family celebration

The stay at this property was special. We had a family of 7 deer come visit us at our back door. My daughter named them all. The house was warm with enough amenities to keep us enjoying family time whiled it rained for two days. We enjoyed the food at restaurants close by and visited Jim Thorpe. I love the Poconos in the fall. Great way to celebrate my 65th with my grown children and their families.

Great Property

On the Rocks was fantastic. We had 5 families, each with 4 people, staying at the house for a ski weekend. The house has such a great layout so that every adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids slept in rooms and in sleeping bags in the basement. The basement has all kinds of great games and entertainment. I can't say enough good things about this property - super clean, easy check-in and the management was super helpful and responsive! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Spacious Home

Stayed here for a get together with friends and family. It was an excellent weekend. House was well maintained, & everything worked. Just as described. The beach/lake was tiny and absolutely packed, so we could not utilize the beach passes. However this has nothing to do with the home. So over all 5 star experience would recommend !

Family Reunion

The house was very clean. The deck did have pollen on it. There was enough space, so no one felt crowded. The Game Rooms with the pool table, video game and foozeball were a hit. Our only complaint was that the two bedrooms off the pantry were warm with no air conditioners.

A good find!

We had 5 families with young children stay in the house. It was well kept and organized. Bonus was that it was on a cul-de-sac. Hot tub was well maintained too. No surprises! The fire pit area was a bit small to fit all our families comfortably around it given the way it is situated on a slight incline, but it got the job done. Some of the more adventurous kids wanted to climb in the rock "graveyard" way behind the house which is not advisable, but it is far enough set back from the house where you can manage the situation fine if you're watching your kids. Overall a good grab!

Christmas in the Poconos

Our trip started off with family departing Buffalo NY prior to a blizzard hitting which made arrival time much earlier. The host accommodated us with a early check in which was great! The home was very clean and located in an area with a beautiful view. Had plenty of dishes which made it easier to entertain. The whole family enjoyed the game room area and the hot tub! Christmas Eve morning the house lost power due to a transformer blowing. Which lead to no heat or running water. As soon as we called in, Greg, who managed the property was over right away with cases of water and got the fireplace going. He was beyond helpful and offered us to go to another property until power was restored. We moved the family around the block for the day/evening to another property they owned and allowed us to cook and shower over there. The communication was fantastic during this and Greg was hands down amazing! Even the power company let us get into our house and helped us with flashlights to grab some more items to take to the temporary house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. High class people to work with and beautiful property made it a Christmas to remember!

Family Christmas

We were a group of 9 adults and 8 children ages 10 months through 6. We had to bring a lot of baby gear, portable cribs and high chairs for 3 babies, one of which was overnight in the pediatric ICU during our stay. I also had to bring a lot of kitchen gear, mixer, food processor, large dishes for baking and serving, oversized cookware. Not nearly enough serving and cooking utensils were available. I cooked all 6 nights and used my own thick cotton placemats for every meal. I had to serve everything from the stove. I was afraid the wood finish of the dining table would get damaged. Also, no serving dishes big enough. Not enough dish towels. There was only one dish towel supplied. On a different note, the house layout was great and the dining table was a nice size. The bench made it easy to fit a bunch of little ones at the table. The house was clean upon arrival and the hot tub was in good shape and clean. The arcade machine, foosball and pool tables were a big hit. Towels! Very small and skimpy. I had everyone pack beach towels to use after hottubbing, and thank goodness. They supplemented the bath towels provided. One funny thing was We all kept finding trace amounts of very naughty metallic confetti around the house. The previous group must have been a bachelorette party. The kids had no clue so it was all good. All in all, I would rent On the Rocks again, and be better prepared on what to bring.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend in PA

The house was exactly as described and was in a beautiful location. Plenty of room for the whole family and the game room on the first floor provide plenty for the younger kids to enjoy. Quick response from the management company for minor item upon check in was impressive.

We had a really nice time. Only thing was the trash outside that was was not cleaned up which may have just been from bears. There really wasnt alot but thought you might like to know that.

First trip to Poconos

Girls Weekend

This house is exactly as described and perfect for a large group of girls with plenty of bathrooms! Location was convenient and had plenty of privacy. Only issue was the wifi was not reliable. I reached out to the property manager twice during our stay, once about the wifi and once for beach passes and never received a phone call or follow up. They were excellent prior to our stay but silent while we were actually at the house. Make sure if you want to use the beach you request passes ahead of time!

Good for Large Families - Mold In Dishwasher-Poor Communication after check in

The property fits a lot of people. Location is good for hiking. Disappointed with communication after check in. Found mold in the dishwasher. AC units were loud and had mold. Carpets were dirty. Called customer service got no response. For what we paid this is unacceptable.

Great house for a large multigenerational family

This was an awesome house for our large family of 18. Our 95 year old mother went up the stairs once and loved her 'suite' on one floor with her own bathroom and bedroom right off of the kitchen/living room. The teenage and young adult grandkids and parents played pool and foozball at night, sat by the outdoor firepit and enjoyed the hottub. Plenty of space in the house and with two floors it is spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans - we made Thanksgiving dinner here and only really needed our own serving dishes (because it was a special meal - for our regular dinners the serving bowls were fine). Would highly recommend this house for a large group.
