Enjoy first-floor living with this large, open floor plan, fully remodeled Victorian home. Relax in style with the HGTV interior design. The fully stocked, spacious kitchen has a large island for gathering around meals. The living and dining rooms provide ample seating. New memory foam mattresses, ROKU TVs, a beautiful coffee bar, puzzles, games, and toys provide entertainment. The property is centrally located in the heart of Xenia near the Air Force Museum, Yellow Springs, and the Bike Trail.

Our beautiful home offers an open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The three main bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry are all on the first floor. Plenty of closets and a mud room provide ample storage and organization options. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. The coffee bar has Pike Place Roast and Bullet Coffee Decaf, five creamer options, and sugar.

The house is located in the heart of historical Xenia, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is 10 minutes from Yellow Springs and 15 minutes from Dayton. The Air Force Museum is just a quick drive away. We are right on the bike trail, and you can store your bikes securely in our one-car garage.

The master bedroom has a large king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, Roku TV, and luggage racks.

The second master has a large king bed, a dedicated workspace, and luggage racks.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed and luggage racks.

The second floor offers two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. This is the perfect space to relax away from it all or create a dedicated play area for the kids. Toys, games, puzzles, and a game table are provided for hours of family entertainment.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful getaway! It was the perfect place for a (book club) getaway. Very easy to get to and close to Yellow Springs, (which is why we chose this location.) The photos so not lie. Each room is more beautiful than the next. The decorating of this house is just charming
 And I loved seeing the details of this house (like the original stairwell.) Like any older house it's not perfect but it seems like our host Rebekah was really trying to make sure that everything is as comfortable as possible. We had a ball! We had some issues with and a snowstorm prevented one of our group from getting their car out. Rebekah was very accommodating and has given us some time to get the car moved. She could not have been kinder or more accomodating. Super responsive! We hope to return :)

This property met or exceeded expectations in every way. We housed 9 people easily, and the amenities were well thought out. Bonus points for the Christmas tree that awaited us! The neighborhood is right next to the cute Main Street area, with easy walking access to bike/running paths. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property — it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families, with plenty of room to relax and spread out. The layout was perfect for group meals and downtime after a full day of exploring. We visited nearby John Bryan State Park, Yellow Springs, Xenia, and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force — all easy drives or walks from the house. The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a peaceful location. Rebekah, the host, communicated clearly and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee — such a thoughtful touch. It was a great home base for both adventure and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall the house was nice and big for 5 adults. It was perfect location to go explore the town of Yellow Springs and hiking at Glenn Helen Preserve, John Bryan State Park, and Clifton Mills for lunch and 30 mins from Aullwood to see the trolls. Make sure to bring fans for the upstairs rooms it was warm upstairs and it took a night to get use to the traffic noise as the house is located on the main road. The owner checked in on us and that was nice. Would stay again.
