There was 7 in our group, the condo would easily sleep and entertain the max amount. This rental has 3 full bathrooms, which isn't easy to come by in this area. It was clean, up to date and had everything you would need. We just packed our own personal necessities. We liked the open concept kit-liv-din so we could interact. Nice large island and dining room table. The outside covered deck is what also brought us to this rental. Large and plenty of people watching (you're up a level) or just relaxing, something to do during the down times/bad weather. The Jolly Trolley has a stop across and down the street. Very handy! Plenty of restaurants and the beach to walk to. Parking is easy/private, even with traffic you can take the back street to a light. Despite all the activity outside, you would not know it inside. You will sleep well. HVAC worked as it should. Beds and bathrooms all comfortable, clean and well functioning. We did not cook, but seemed like everything would be great.

My husband and I met in Dewey Beach and we're about to celebrate our 30th anniversary! We love Dewey so much that we bought a second home there. Now that our kids are grown, we will be going to the beach less often, so that's why we are now offering some rental opportunities.

We love being in the heart of Dewey! One block to the beach, less than a block to The Starboard, walkable to all of the beach, bay and bars and restaurants in Dewey. you can catch an Uber or the Jolley Trolley for quick ride into Rehoboth and the boardwalk and great restaurants.
