Maison de plage magnifiquement rénovée à distance de marche de 2 belles plages et de la ville. La maison dispose de 4 chambres avec 2 salles de bain complètes et 2 espaces de vie, cuisine entièrement équipée, pont de détente avec grill et douche extérieure. Parfait pour une famille de 3 à 4 enfants ou 2 petites familles, week-ends entre filles et plus. A l'étage, 2 chambres avec salle de bain complète et espace de vie, en bas également 2 chambres avec salle de bain complète et espace de vie. Beaucoup de place pour se détendre et une courte distance de tout ce que Niantic a à offrir: de belles plages, de jolies boutiques, des restaurants, des kiosques à la ferme et une promenade de bord de mer de 1,6 km sont tous accessibles à pied ou à vélo. La maison est équipée de chaises de plage et d'une voiturette pour profiter de la plage du Crescent, méticuleusement entretenue, à quelques minutes à pied. Tant de choses à faire, plages, kayak, antiquités, ferries et pêche sont tous dans la région. Les casinos et les excursions d'une journée sur les plages du Rotary ne sont qu'à 30 minutes ... mais une fois que vous venez à Niantic, vous ne voudrez peut-être pas partir! La maison est conçue pour se sentir comme une retraite de la vie quotidienne - très côtière - belle et tout le confort nécessaire pour une pure détente sans soucis! Marchez en ville pour faire du shopping - cinéma pittoresque de la ville - beaucoup de restaurants - avec des glaces et des hamburgers à l’ancienne! Crescent Beach est connue pour sa plage méticuleusement entretenue - promenade de falaise bien éclairée et restaurant en plein air en bord de mer.

Lovely Get-Away

I vacationed with my husband, two adult sons, daughter- in-law and 2 grandkids. The home was spotless (TRULY), spacious and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every morning - it was a quick and lovely stroll. Town was close by and inviting. The host was extraordinary, before, during and at the end of our stay. The home was well decorated and well stocked. I would gladly stay here again!

Comfy beach house in cozy beach town

We recently stayed for 4 days/3 nights in Liz's house with 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was inviting, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed to head out to the beach. My kids loved the yard. Liz went out of her way to welcome us and made herself available. Will definitely look to return next summer!

My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach.

We loved our stay at this lovely, spacious, clean home near the beach. The house is perfectly organized for family gatherings—our teens hung out in the upstairs TV room and adults could catch up in the screened in porch or inviting deck. Very comfortable beds and cool welcoming rooms were perfect refuges after busy days in the sun and sand. Liz has thoughtfully considered every vacationer’s need—even coffee for that first morning. And her suggestion to get food delivered rather than shop on arrival was something I’d never thought of before and it gave us back our first vacation day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet home near the beach

I couldn't have asked for a more responsive host than Liz, who is a marvelous and friendly communicator. The beach, as promised, is a only a brief walk away, and the house is not only beautiful but extremely comfortable, and filled with lots of "extras" to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Great Weekend

We had a great time. The house was adorable and well kept. It's in a great location--close to the town of Niantic and local beaches and only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. We really appreciated the fact that we could text any questions we had directly to the owner and she responded quickly. We did think it would be helpful to have a printout of the house information that was sent earlier via email, as an easy reference and also so we wouldn't have to bother the owner with texts. But, again, the fact that the owner was easily reached was above and beyond what we expected. Side note: we brought a dog with us for the weekend, and took her on our excursions, when we could, but be aware that the beaches are only dog friendly from September to May (we were there the very last day of dogs being allowed).

Winter retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. The house offered us enough space to spread out for the adults to work and the kids to do schoolwork. Liz was an amazing host! Always available to answer questions. She couldn't be more accomodating. We had two small dogs with us who loved exploring the neighborhood with us. The restaurants we ordered from in the area were terrific and we did plenty of cooking in Liz's wonderful kitchen. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to countertop space. We hope to stay again when it is warmer and we can enjoy time on the beach!

Fabulous girls weekend

Liz's house was perfect for 6 of us to meet for a girls weekend. There was ample space for us all to spread out and we enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. Great dining and shopping opportunities! Liz was extremely communicative prior to our arrival, providing us with lots of helpful recommendations. We stayed in the fall season but I can imagine that summer would be wonderful due to its' close proximity to the beaches. We all agree that we would love to book again in the future!
