Perfect location and size for family of 5

We had a wonderful, 5 night stay at this townhouse. The kitchen was well-appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious (second bedroom easily fit 3 kids) . It is located an easy walk to public tennis courts, Coligny playground, Island Time bike rental, and the beach. The pool was never crowded and our kids loved it. It was very helpful to have beach chairs, a wagon, and sandtoys. Parking was easy.

Cleanest Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful stay this past week. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. And the neighbors were wonderful! We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Great get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this villa!! Close to the beach but far enough away from super crowded Coligny. It was clean, updated and cozy. Host to Coast homes was great to rent from. I will definitely be renting properties from them from now on. They had all the essentials in the villa and welcomed us with a note and some goodies. Only issue we had was the wasps on the deck. So be cautious when you go outside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the perfect amount of space for a family of five. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the short bike or car ride to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the array of board games kept at the condo and spent quality time playing them late into the night on several nights. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is updated with lovely furnishings. It is conveniently located close to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to Coligny. My only recommendation is to add an additional recliner to the living area and to update the HVAC settings. Three of the four of us (are pre & post menapausal) who stayed repeatedly woke up every night sweating as we would set the AC to 68 when going to bed and wake up around 3 am with the air at 72-74 without anyone having adjusted the air. That was very frustrating and caused several of us to lose hours of sleep / rest on vacation which is frankly ridiculous. We kept resetting the air and also found that 68 degrees was the lowest the settings would allow. I cannot imagine staying in the middle of summer without cold, consistent air conditioning. I suffer from migraines and had to take my medicine nearly every morning as heat contributes to sinus headaches and they turned into migraines. That’s my only complaint.

Nice condo with everything we needed

We enjoyed the condo and it had everything we needed. The beach was a short drive away and we didn’t have any trouble finding parking spaces. The water pressure in the master bath was awesome (thank you!), but the kids said there’s wasn’t very good in the other upstairs bath. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. My only suggestion would be to improve the mattresses. Ours wasn’t very comfortable and the kids said the bunk beds weren’t very comfortable either.

The location was amazing- Able to walk to cute breakfast spots, the beach or the tiki hut for some nightly fun. Rented bikes and rode to sea pines and beyond. Dealing with management company was fantastic from beginning to end and we appreciated the extra touches. Would recommend and hope to stay again!

Perfect spot for Labor Day weekend getaway

We were very comfortable in the VRBO and appreciated the host's prompt response to the AC needing repaired. Also very much appreciated the extended check out time. Very convenient location to everything, we needed would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax

The condo was perfect for us! We took my daughter and 3 friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. The location was just a short, easy walk to the beach and to shops, grocery and restaurants. Will definitely book again!
