Location is Key

Had an amazing time at this property. Very spacious, tons of lounge space, including a nice outdoor patio. A short (within minutes) walk to the beach and beach chairs provided. Also walk-able to restaurants in the area. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome and easy vacation spot!

The condo was perfect as it provided all amenities needed for an easy vacation. It was spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Loved the bicycles and quick access to trails. The beach cart along with the umbrella and beach mat were easy to use and wonderful to have on hot days! Very close to many awesome places to shop and dine. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place to stay for the RBC Heritage

Perfect two bedroom condo located close to the golf venue. Big king bedroom and a nice queen bedroom. The living area was very beachy and the washer/drier was conveniently located next to the kitchen. We loved the condo. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to use the bikes or go to the ocean as we were at the RBC each day, but look forward to doing that on a future visit.

Restful Getaway!

Robin’s place was so well set-up — it was even prettier than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. I think I had some of my best sleeps ever! She thought of everything and had quite a few surprises like the awesome coffee bar! The place itself was so close to the path to the beach and with a short peaceful walk we were in our happy place! We would walk to Coligny on a daily basis. We would definitely rent Robin’s place again.

PERFECTLY DECORATED, GREAT PROPERTY, GREAT LOCATION.

I cannot say enough good about this property.. It was perfect in so many ways, super clean, well equipped, and great location. Communication with the owner was to the point and exact. Price was fair for everything that's included with this property.. The beach chairs and beach wagon was a nice surprise.. we normally have to go out and buy those and leave a set behind.. Definitely will return to this property!!

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Lori's Treetops condo. The condo is great! It was sparkling clean - couldn't find a speck of dust! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee pot, and even a blender! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer for the week as well. Hilton Head is covered in bike paths, one being very close to the condo. It was great to have bikes provided! Also, the beach cart was handy, which came with an umbrella and beach chairs. The beach is only a short walk (maybe 10 min) along the bike path. Lori was quick to respond to questions and made us feel right at home. We would stay here again! Thanks again, Lori.

Photographed well but...

The location was exactly what I was looking for. However, I probably should have read some of the other reviews more closely as I felt the same. Hindsight, I felt I paid too much for an older place that photographed well. The barking dog next door that barked most of the weekend got old. I did mention to the owner who said she called it in, said there was not much she could do about it and suggested that I could talk to the guest about it. I wasn't up for "getting involved" on my vacation. Oh well, glad to be home.

Weeklong stay in Hilton Head

We were in Hilton Head for a week to watch our daughter’s performances at the Southeastern Summer Theater Institute and needed a place that could accommodate 6-7 people and one dog. This place checked all the boxes of our needs. While the unit was a bit dated and the floor was uneven outside of the kitchen, we had no major complaints. Of note: It took a day or two to figure out how to get the upstairs bedrooms cool enough at night, but we finally sorted that out. Restaurants, CVS, Walgreens and Publix were walkable / bikeable OR a very short car ride away (just had to fight traffic). It was so hot and steamy that we didn’t use the bikes / walking as much as I planned. Thankfully there is a lot of shade around for the times we did. The coffee bar was great and we took advantage of it daily. One other great thing about this unit is the number of bathrooms- it was nice to have a half bath downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs. We did the use one of the community pools a few times and it was fine. My 9-year old was pleased to discover that it was 8 feet deep, so he could practice swimming. The host was incredibly accommodating and communication was excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a budget-friendly, dog-friendly, family-friendly stay on Hilton Head!

Accommodations are fine...but be aware of the concerns noted belowelow.

The accomodations at this condo met all of our needs, so in that regard, the rating should be higher. The property manager was excellent and did an outstanding job in responding to any issues we had over the nearly 5 weeks we stayed there. Beds were comfortable. The bikes were outstanding and all in great condition. The walk to the beach is a brisk 10-12 minute walk, but very doable. Being on the first floor also is very nice! The unit itself however has a somewhat quirky first floor layout. The kitchen area is small and tightly configuired. The flooring in the narrow hallway between the living room and kitchen is in need of renovation. Most pictures had been removed from walls with nail-holes left behind (perhaps getting ready for painting?). No place to hand jackets in the foyer upon returning to the condo (need to add some hooks). Even though this is unit prohibits pets, there was dog hair around the unit and in evidence every week that we cleaned up. But the over-riding concern is that the air smelled a somewhat musty. I believe the owner is in process of renovating the A/C, which may help to alleviate this concern.

Nice but noisy

We met up in Hilton Head with another couple since it was a five-hour drive for each of us. We spent three nights over Thanksgiving reconnecting and enjoying one another's company. Unfortunately, the people who were staying in the unit next to us had three dogs that barked loudly and constantly from late morning until early evening while the humans were out and about, leaving the dogs alone in the unit. The walls are pretty thin, and the dogs could be heard in the parking lot that was about 100 yards away, so you can imagine how loud they were from the other side of the thin wall that separated us. When we complained, one of the dog owners replied that this is why they stay in condos instead of hotels. Excuse me? Is that because other renters have no one to whom to complain when someone leaves their barking dogs unattended for hours on end?!? The unit itself was comfortable and well outfitted, but we would not stay there again, knowing that dogs are welcome in adjoining units.

Hi Mary, glad you liked the condo. I am sorry about the dogs. They are allowed on property, but NOT allowed to bark or bother people. You should have called me immediately and I would have had our Regimes security come and make it stop. If it continued, the owner gets fined and the guest has to leave. Very pleased

Good location and exactly as advertised. Short walk to the beach and close to coligny mall for all our shopping needs. We’d stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be some detailed instructions for using the tv - four remotes and no clues for which did what - consequently we couldn’t use the living room set at all.

We enjoyed having the extra space in this unit and is a 10 minute walk to the beach and is in a great location for biking to nearby stores and restaurants.

Property was as it looked in the pictures that were online. The condo was very clean except for under the beds. Beach was close by but not in walking distance overall we had a great stay.

Best communication with host!

Property is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available at the condo but perhaps the thing that impressed me the most was the communication with our hosts!! Go ahead and feel confident to book your stay at this property. Even if for some reason there was an issue, you can relax and know it would be handled quickly. I’ve used VRBO many many times but I have never had a host that returns a text or a phone call as quickly as this host. Anytime I had a question it was answered within minutes. I never even had to wait a half an hour. You nothing to worry about staying here. Excellent location, beautiful property and excellent hosts! Relaxing Stay

We visited the home after a busy week in the Smokey Mountains. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The unit had enough room for us to spread out comfortably. The showers were awesome! It did rain a lot while we were there so we only got utilize the beach gear and bikes once, but it a nice addition and in good repair. We did get to use the pool several times and the kids loved that it went to 8 feet!

Spacious Condo

Beautiful condo. The shower in the hallway only one head worked but it leaked. It is a mike walk to the beach. Parking was packed all the time.
