Enjoy a quiet and beautiful vacation on the lake and in the country. Watch a football game on the large patio! Stay comfortably on Lake Hamilton at this 3-bedroom house. Only a 15 minute drive to Oaklawn Racing and Casino as well as Lake Ouachita. Each bedroom features a queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and hair dryer, guests can freshen up easily. This beautiful property also includes amenities like a hot tub, dock, lovely patios, AC, a washing machine, and WiFi. Enjoy all that Royal and Hot Springs has to offer when you stay at my place.

This was a great area to stay. Kim was very communicative and very welcoming, and one of the best short term rental hosts ive ever had. The house was a dream for relaxing.

The house is so beautiful and everything we needed was right there. Very close to Hot Springs. It was kinda hard to get down to the boat ramp with the hill being so steep. Other than that everything else was perfect.

This beautiful home had everything you would need and everything was in good working condition. The host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Close to all the fun things in Hot Springs while also rural and quiet.Great outdoor space.We enjoyed every minute and could have enjoyed staying much longer.

Kim is an amazingly gracious host! This house is so cozy, comfortable and relaxing! Hot tub was absolutely perfect to relax in at night. Master bath is AMAZING! Kitchen had all we needed and more! Everyone said the beds were comfortable and they slept great! Great location! About 20 minutes to anywhere in the Hot Springs area. The lake was very serene and pretty! Didn’t have the best luck fishing—but still caught some nice ones. The hike down to the dock and back was quite steep and more taxing than we imagined—but was always worth it to watch our kids fish!

40th Birthday Weekend

The home is stunning! The host is so kind and so communicative. We came with small children and the home is perfect for it, even had some additional toys! The amenities all work and it was as luxurious as the pictures suggest. The kitchen is decked out which worked great because we cooked and ate in. Highly recommend this home.

Very Pleased with our unique visit

No major complaints about our stay. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy! The boat dock had lights on it but we could not get them to work. Looked like the electrical sub panel was recently damaged. The path leading to the dock was extremely slick because of the natural rocks and super steep! Very difficult of a walk to get to and from. No way to get a cooler down and back up safely.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view next to the river was amazing, and the whole place felt peaceful, clean, and secluded. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time away.Kim was also very polite, receptive, and quick to respond to any text messages we sent. Overall, it was a very nice property and a great experience. We would definitely recommend staying here.
