Dogwood Point Lake House sur le lac Hamilton

La maison du lac Dogwood Point est située à 5 minutes de l'avenue Central mais est isolée et privée sur le lac Hamilton. Il est niché dans les arbres sur un point dominant le lac Hamilton.

Notre maison est unique car elle a une sensation de maison / cabine au bord du lac. Il a deux quartiers d'habitation. Le repaire est original à la maison et est construit en cÚdre et a une cheminée en pierre indigÚne. Le salon est plus moderne et toute la paroi latérale du lac est en verre. Les oiseaux et la faune sont abondants. Profitez de la gamme d'arbres cornouiller et d'autres plantes et fleurs originaires de cette région. La location de bateaux / jet ski est disponible sur le lac et nous avons aussi des quais pour bateaux / baignade et jet ski. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour en faire votre maison loin de chez vous.

Remarque: Le niveau d'eau sur le lac Hamilton est abaissé à l'automne.

This house was wonderful. The views were beautiful. Early mornings on the deck for breakfast watching the fog roll off the lake and late evenings fishing from the dock. This house was fully stocked with everything you will need. Beds were super comfortable. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Owners were very quick to communicate and answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway

I loved our stay here! I loved the quirkiness of the house and it’s in a great location. We had a great time! The only issue was no WiFi. But otherwise a great house!

Group of 6 adults just for a relaxing long weekend getaway. Please don't let the 4 stars on the location/neighborhood discourage you from renting this location. Once you get to the backside of this amazing house you forget all about the drive in. Amazing communication from owner. House is very well kept and clean. We did alot of back porch sitting, and loved the views of the lake. We were there over Labor Day weekend and you could even see the fireworks from the dock! Definitely would stay here again!

Relaxing and Comfy

I took my parents and teen daughter to Hot Springs and I’m very pleased with the home and our stay there. It was comfortable and cozy and they had everything you could think of that you’d need. A well equipped kitchen, games, extra linens and more. We’d definitely return if we ever go back to Hot Springs!

The location is nice. It is out of the way but also close to main attractions. The host is very responsive. The place is older but very comfortable and did I mention spacious!

Nice, comfortable lake house close drive to town

Check in process was seamless and wandering the house and property was pleasant. Many places to sit with a view of the lake. Up on a hill, the walk down to the dock was a steep one, so watch your step, but at the bottom, the trek is worth the sounds down at the water. Lovely property and has covered parking. Good for those stormy nights even if property loses power, it quickly gets restored.

Birthday with family

This property was in a great location. Views were amazing. The bedrooms are close together and we had to share bathrooms but it did not bother us because we with our adult children. May be a problem if you are 3 separate couples. Overall, I highly recommend. I read somewhere about cleanliness but the house seemed very clean to us and did not have a problem there either.

One of the most beautiful properties

Absolutely loved this property. Layout of bedrooms is a bit odd and offers little privacy but fine for kids. Decks and docks made this a favorite rental for us. Warning there is no internet wifi. I ran to town and bought a Verizon hotspot router that worked well. (I needed one for a remote office anyway so I didn’t mind buying one.). Has two living rooms which let us really spread out.

Lake Hamilton cottage

This house was perfect for my family vacation. It’s located close to everything in Hot Springs. It was clean and peaceful. The property manager responded very quickly with my questions. I highly recommend this for a peaceful family vacation!
