The house was perfect for our family! The host was quick to respond to an ask: we needed dishwasher pods and he dropped them off at the house within hours. The home is nicely decorated and spacious. Great place!

Great cozy place

Great cozy place, excellent for a friends get together. Love the patio and backyard area. Kitchen is modern. The beds are very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great place to stay!

The house is very clean, and has an updated kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the house had a lot of extras to make us more comfortable, such as blackout curtains and a really nice coffee maker. It is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, with quiet neighbors. We had a lot of fun staying at the house, and it’s a short drive to some beautiful beaches.

A great escape!

Wonderfully renovated, tiptop condition. Very comfortable beds and sitting areas. This was the closest in Gulf Gate that we have stayed to route 41, South Tamiami Trail, and found it to be most convenient to siesta key beaches, restaurants & shopping. The owners are very responsive. Will definitely return to this outstanding property!

Perfect for a a group of families

My sister and I rented this VRBO for us and our 4 teenagers and spent the week. The layout was perfect with plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The big kitchen and the screenedin porch were perfect for gathering for meals and or games at night. The kids were close to the beaches and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. This place has everything you need from coffee towels beach chairs and ice. We highly recommend staying here.

The ac was broken but they did respond and send someone quickly. The ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms need attention, they were very noisy, wobbled, and not attached to the ceiling flush. People had placed q-tips in an attempt to make them quieter. The appliances were all nice, furniture was ok. The screened patio is a very nice touch. I wish a few more items like trash bags and zip bags were left and the shower supplies filled after every visit. Communication was confusing at first but was able to clear up issues with the owner quickly. Location worked for us but is quite a way from downtown during rush hour times.
