This place was amazing. It was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood! Felt safe the entire time we was there. It is a short walk to the campus and it is very close to a lot of good restaurants! The Host was wonderful. I will definitely book this place again in the future! BOOMER SOONER!

Just right. It was really close to campus and had what we needed. Great communication with the host and although we only stayed for one night during OU move out we would have gladly stayed longer and would stay there again in the future.

I would recommend this cute cottage to a friend. The place was great. Great communication with the homeowner. Easy check in. Safe area. Overall, it was great. Also, I really enjoyed being in Norman for a few nights.

This is a FANTASTIC house!!! A great location, great decorations, fully equipped with all that you could need. They were able to give me early checking, which was wonderful after getting up early to travel to tiwn. We had a glitch with getting in at first, but Kim reached out immediately (before I could even contact her), and she and Chris fixed the problem constantly checking in on us. I can't think of a thing that would have made the stay any better. You will not go wrong with this Home. Great hosts!!!

The house was very cozy. The gravel pavements can be a little ruff to walk on. Besides that the entirety of the house was nice. I really liked the outside patio.

My name is Kimberley Frank and my husband and I of 27 years live in North Texas, We have two boys that attend the University of Oklahoma and while visiting them we fell in love with the area and purchased a home for when we visit. We are excited to be able to offer a home for others to visit in the Norman/OU area.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this neighborhood due to its close proximity to the OU campus, football stadium and nearby Norman attractions. It is a quick walk from our home to enjoying everything on campus and campus corner has to offer. We are also only a short drive from main street.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We purchased this home in the May of 2025 and updated it with new windows, front door, furnishings, decor and new paint throughout the home. It is just over a 1/2 mile from campus making it easily walkable. We have parking in the driveway for three cars and free parking on the road. The home is located on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood so it's a great place to just relax at.
