Welcome to our cherished heritage home—Walk to the harbour bridge to get majestic views of the city. Walking distance to North Sydney and Kirribili. Walk to the Neutral Bay Ferry Wharf. Luna Park, Circular Quay, and Taronga zoo within a 3km radius. Walk to Coles and Aldi.

This charming 3 bedroom federation house will take you back in time while still being close to the city centre. With high ceilings, bay windows and 3 fireplaces you can feel the vibe of heritage luxury. 75 inch smart TV in the living room.

Other amenities include a stocked kitchen, dining area for 6 for a cozy dinner, full bath, and a hair dryer and an iron. The house is also guarded by security cameras in the outside areas for your safety and comfort. Please note that the parking space might be a bit tight for bigger cars. That said, there is plenty of free and untimed on street parking.

Overpriced and disappointing experience

When we booked this property we were under the strong impression it was a holiday rental. When we arrived we realised it was the hosts’ permanent residence. This was not clear in the description of the property and the host has since changed this to ensure future guests are aware and can make an informed decision prior to booking. We were very disappointed we did not get this opportunity and were mislead by the description of the property. The host did describe the property as ‘our home’ in one communication I had with them prior to our arrival but I understood this was because I was communicating with the ‘owner’ of the home given the nature of the Stayz platform.It was a very poor start to our first family holiday in Sydney to discover partially opened food in the fridge and cupboards and lots of personal belongings throughout the house. Not at all the “luxury” being promoted in the listing description when we booked. The beds are very uncomfortable and the linen and towels very basic. Overall this was a very overpriced and disappointing experience.

Family catch up in Sydney

Lovely home, great location in a quiet area of Neutral Bay. Parks and shops nearby and good walks to ferry and train/metro stations in North Sydney . Namita was a great host and a good communicator. Would love to stay again.

Birthday

Great home and location. Used by my family for my birthday weekend. Short walk to a couple of lovely cafes and a morning walk to and over the harbour bridge. No problems with parking and access was easy. Namita was both very obliging and accessible. The home was equipped with everything you could ask for. Would highly recommended this property.
